The quality of the service is poor here. I will no longer be attending this salon. Ive given this place many chances but more than often I come home unhappy with my eyebrows. They don't follow instructions at all. I ask for a clean up, they shape. This happened 2x already. When they asked me to check i had to tell them to do something eachtime. On May 22, 2021, I went to this shop and I have a first degree burn from the wax lady. She's only good for threading. She put cortizone 10 on my face to "help" it but all it did was burn my face even more. She took the stick and dipped it in wax but didn't blow on it to cool it off then immediately placed it on my skin and it burned like hell. I went to get a Brazilian wax for sensitive skin I've been to this location before to get one but I will not be returning ever again. I was mutilated yesterday!!! I've been bleeding since I left. I've been getting wax for 16 years and never have I ever been hurt this bad. She ripped my skin deep and long in two different places that don't even have hair!!! How??!!! I would suggest they certify these woman properly. Your letting untrained workers perform dangerous procedures on the vagina and on the eyes and customers have no idea. Ok so I've gotten a Brazilian here twice and my eyebrows done too which was good I liked my brows. The first time I got my Brazilian was with the younger lady with glasses she did a really good job, she took her time and was very careful and got every spot. The second time was with the older lady. Yo. This lady did alright except for the fact I think she dropped some wax on my lip down there and ripped it off so now I had a teardrop shaped cut. It's hurt so much and all she said was put some ice when u get home, I'm usually not the type of person to flip out on anyone and I wasn't feeling the pain at that moment but throughout the day it felt so bad. The worst place to go and get your lashes done. They glue your actual eyelashes with the extensions it's a painful thing to encounter. I wanted to try and get my eyebrows threaded for the first time. One day during finals week, I was very stressed and wanted to feel to treat myself. I came in and was seen right away. I felt comfortable and welcomed. They give you a punch reward card. After 10 eyebrow threading you get one free. That day I decided to try a facial. I bought the gold facial for about $44-$45. The facial room has very clean and comfortable. The place is very affordable and the staff is very professional. I will definitely be back soon. read more

I went in to get lashes done. I asked for natural. While getting mine done a young woman was upset with another worker because her eyebrow was over threaded and uneven! She had amazing brows and the lady changed the entire shape. She went from Kardashian brows to "Sign on this line" brow. Anyways my eyelashes were so poorly done that one cluster flew off while walking back to my office and by the time I woke up in the morning, my pillow looked like I birthed tiny spiders. The damage to skin appeared the next day after service of two family members. Went back to the facility to make a complaint and the workers were very disrespectful and dismissive. They showed no care and sympathy toward the situation. They offered no apology for bad experience or intention to accommodate the inconvenience of bad experience. They didn't even offer a complimentary service on next visit (if EVER to return). Don't even expect them to even offer you a cotton swab with some aloe Vera gel! Considering that we've been frequent customers, they're lack of response is shameful. The last photo, brow job was barely visible and also experienced redness and bumps. Had to beg for the managers information to follow-up on complaint. No one seemed to remember the managers name. Don't expect decent customer service at this facility if you were to have a grievance. They also have a service card which offers you a free service after about 7-8 visits, they skipped over the free service, stamped a separate service and made us pay! Stating we'd get the free service next time. Sounds like a scam move doesn't it!? Smh read more

The first couple times I came here the lady did a good job with my eyebrows. During my next visit I noticed that it was a different lady and everyone was waiting for the younger girl to do their brows. Figured let me give this lady a try. First clue something was going wrong was the amount of time she took. My eyebrows were too thin and uneven. I could see why people were skipping her. This salon is great except for one of the workers. Her attitude unpleasant and she never seems friendly. Other than her attitude, her work is just as horrible. I went in yesterday to get my eyebrows done and didn't realize until I got home that they were uneven!!! And on top of that, she did not accept my "free" members card. She said "we'll give it to you free next time. This will be the last time I go to this salon. Horrible service! I usually go to this location for a wax. When i got there the woman who normally performs the service acted as if she didn't want to do it. I asked her was there an issue and she responded no very rudely. i reminded her she is the one who always provide the service for me. She told me that she doesn't feel like talking i guess that meant for me to shut up. I told her that was rude because i am a customer. she said well I'm human and so are you so you should understand. As she performed my wax she deliberately tried to make it even more painful as she removed the strips. I've never been treated so disrespectfully in an establishment where i was a paying customer.
