We have literally 15 minutes together for the whole appointment and I felt as though I was asking too much when I asked to remove a few strays. She stopped, looked to the side with an irritated face waiting for me to finish my question. Also the actual result was not smooth, left a bunch of extra strays and overall not happy with the product whatsoever. Waste of money + pain. Also felt like front desk didn't give a shit when I said it was only ok. She goes "that's amazing." Clearly didn't listen. This was all at 945am.
