So, I set out to get a haircut with Rachel -- which is easy to request via checking in on their app. Rachel was great to work with and produced an outstanding haircut for me. My wife was really impressed with the look of the cut. She was friendly, outgoing, and worked efficiently and skillfully. I opted for the MVP experience, which was a nice luxury that is not too expensive. It's nice to have their app -- getting on the wait list in advance, AND being able to select which stylist you prefer. I was able to walk in and get seated with Rachel almost immediately.
