Steven was incredibly patient while I spoke with my doctor, showed genuine empathy and compassion, and somehow turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one that was comfortable and even enjoyable. It was difficult to hide my sadness, yet Steven had a remarkable ability to make me smile naturally. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful. Even though it was a professional headshot session, one candid photo of me with a genuine, natural laugh touched my heart. I loved it so much that I asked Steven to include it as well because I wanted to keep it as a cherished memory and share it with my family. What impressed me most wasn't only his talent behind the camera, but also his kindness afterward.
