I was told I was going to have something similar close to a ombré but instead I have early 2000s "brittney Spears" blonde steaks through my hair. Also I wanted to go shorter hoping for a lob but the hair dresser talked me out of it and gave me something that looked like a bowl cut and wasn't flattering AT ALL. I have never been more disappointed in a haircut. I was very uncomfortable in my own skin. Not something I should have paid $200 for. When I tried voicing my opinion I was just given excuses and shit down. They said they would fix it but why would I pay more money at salon that didn't give me what I wanted in the first place. I will NOT be going back.
