The first: between the antiques on the walls and engaging conversations they had with customers, I got a great vibe. There was no attempt to fade the sides, resulting in a stairstepped line. Joe (the short one) left a small cut on my ear with a shaving blade. In the end, he left an absolute mess of trimmed hair on my face and neck, without wiping it off. I have enclosed pictures for review. The overall feeling was that they were unprofessional, unskilled, and unwelcoming to new comers. Short Joe was completely unresponsive when I asked "how are you?"
