Walked in with an empty beer can I picked up out of their parking lot- they wouldn't serve me because they said I brought outside alcohol into their establishment... mind you, it's 4:45 pm on a Tuesday.... get real Mellow; use common sense! Would not recommend. Parking lot was trashy, and the service that I had was rude. Can't speak for the food. The Inside appeared to be clean and neat. Whole encounter lasted 60 seconds. read more

While we were a party of 18, I waited 30 minutes and after everyone else had been served, to be told my order was "missed" by the cook. So, I had to wait another 15 mins and take my order in a box because my friends were already leaving. read more

If you are looking for a great place to enjoy outstanding pizza and friendly and attentive customer service than this is the place. They have a great selection of gourmet pizzas or if you want to create your own masterpiece then go for it. The decor is creative and the bar area offers a great selection of beers that go great with your meal. The environment is great for small or large groups. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat in enterprise. This is also the best mellow mushroom I've been to. The Maui wow is is where it's at! Staff is friendly and helpful and it has an amazing general manager! Is a tad bit pricey but if you're going to mellow mushroom I think you know what you're getting into. Great food read more

I don't know what the problem is with Mellow Mushroom. We have gone there for years and enjoyed the pizza. For several months now, the pizzas have been served lukewarm or even cold. Last evening it was a thin crust pizza and was soggy. Either the kitchen needs training, or some staff spends too much talking about their boyfriends. You gotta love the name of this restaurant and boy oh boy, the food is out of this world man! Food and drink: Okay... hello heaven to the greek salad. The greek salad will be my go-to salad for as long as I'm here. AND They have an amazing selection of draft beers with $2 off of a pint during happy hour!!! Their spinach artichoke dip was great too but I wish it came with chips instead of bread. I also eyed the pizza crust and it looked excellent. I didn't order a pizza but could tell from the texture and consistency that it was delicious. I will try it eventually. Service: Excellent! Our waitress was super sweet and attentive. We received our food pretty quickly which was much appreciated. Ambiance: Relaxed and casual. This restaurant is perfect for large groups and families. This is a must try restaurant for the area! Though a very busy place my last visit was extremely disappointing. ordered a wedge salad, a chicken salad a sub and 2 kids cheese pizza. Waited an hour and got the kids pizzas. By the time they finished eating we were still waiting on the rest of our food. We decided to just leave and paid for what we had. The manager stepped in and said our food was ready but we were too done at this poin. People who came in 30 minutes after us had already ate and left. And by the way the manager was the one preparing the sandwich and salads. Love the food here but customers should not have to wait over an hour to get simple stuff. read more

We got takeout twice while dodging the hurricane this past week. The pizza was so good we went back another evening and had a beer and THE DELICIOUS MEATBALLS.....then we took out two great salads and another order of the meatballs!! OUTSTANDING food!!! read more

Pizza was very good, bar forgot to make 2 drink orders and even after the waiter requested again it took an additional 5 minutes for the first beer flight and 5 more for the second one to be poured. read more

We have been to only two Mellow Mushroom locations and this is our favorite. The pizza is always good, the beer is more available, and the service has always been good. We personally tend to lean heavily toward the authentic New York style pizza shops but there are none in this area to my knowledge. read more

Best place to eat in Enterprise! Best salads, best pizza, and best service. We had The Cobb Salad with blue cheese dressing and just a cheese pizza and both were great. The chicken on the salad was done perfectly and the bacon was nice and crispy. I also want to give a big shout out to our bartender.... I can't believe I didn't ask her name. She was so nice, attentive to our service and hard-working. If she had a slow time at the bar, she would help bus the tables or clean anything that needed to be cleaned at the bar. Oh, and it has a hippie vibe, and as an old hippie I loved it. I would recommend this place for sure. read more

You just might go there for the pizza, but their burgers are fantastic! I also get their Philly steak sandwich. They are good with the lettuce, tomatoes and onion and green peppers. But sometimes I order them without those ingredients and order it with caramelized onions, pepperoni, cheese and pizza sauce! Takes me back to Philadelphia. read more

Alright, so the only thing I have a problem with at mellow mushroom is that when I ordered two jerk chicken hoagies with avocado, I was charged $3.50 per sandwich. I believe that it's outrageous and as I was ordering over the phone i was never asked or told that it would be $3.50 extra per sandwich. I also wasn't told the. Total price of it. I love Mellow Mushroom. But if you're looking for a cheap option, this is not it. You will pay double the standard pizza price to eat here but the pizza is definitely above average in taste and quality! Mellow Mushroom has that unique dough/crust that keeps you coming back. I typically try to avoid chains, but when you are in Enterprise, this is the best thing! This is your typical Mellow mushroom, but with a kick. These guys have over 100 bottled beers. Why not tap you ask? I don't know, some crazy county law that only allows them to serve beer in bottles. With that said, we wound up sitting at the bar and ordering some pretzels and a few beers. The bartender was very knowledgeable about all the beers and provided great suggestions. This will be the only place I go when i come back to Enterprise. oh, and as a bonus it is in the same plaza as the Hampton Inn, so you can stumble back to your room. read more

Wow! Growing up in New Haven and living in RI, I know good pizza...especially thin crust pizza. Who would have expected to get excellent pizza in Alabama; but we did! We had their house pizza (just about everything on it) and their meat lovers (I forgot what they called it). Both done to Northeast standards. So if you happen to find yourself visiting Ft. Rucker and are from the NE, you can order a pizza with confidence here. You won't be disappointed. And the service was great too. PS they give a military discount ($5). read more

This is by far the best pizza in Alabama outside of Birmingham. New York-ish style pizza is non-existent in this part of the country and this place hits the spot if you're craving it.
