Since moving to our current house 10 years ago, we have used Lynch for multiple plumbing issues, big and small. They have always done a good job and we have been very happy with them. After building an addition onto our house for my mother, we had a problem with water pressure to the shower head in her bathroom. We had Lynch come take a look and the first answer was that it could not be fixed. We had them look again (this time the son) and then it was a "maybe". My mother gave Lynch the paperwork detailing the model of her shower head but then never heard back from them. After weeks (months?) she decided she needed to move on with a different plumber, so called to get her paperwork back. She was told by the person she spoke to that he called her 3 times (no record of any calls on her phone or voicemails), so she asked him for her paperwork back. Today we received a slip from the post office telling her that she can pick up an envelope at the post office from Lynch and pay $7.00 for postage. Yep, that's right folks. They did not have the decency to call my mother back or simply drop her paperwork in our mailbox (they are 2.5 miles away from us). Now, my elderly and movement-restricted mother has to make a trip to the post office - which does not have a dedicated parking lot - so she can pick up these papers. This was mean spirited and spiteful on the part of Lynch and I will never use them again. Furthermore, I will tell anyone who asks about their abysmal treatment of my mother.

Problem is they come, they look and no estimate is ever given. Then they want you to pay fee without giving an estimate. That way they can keep charging you a fee. With all the qualified plumbers out there I would never recommend Aqua Plumbing and Heating!!
