I contacted this appliance service company to repair a washer/dryer unit in my rental property. What she did not tell me was that they subcontract all their work and that the labor charge would be $120 per hour. The technician was there for a half hour, diagnosed my issue and was unable to repair the unit as there was electrical issues. I was charged $81 plus $60 for the half hour labor. I never received an invoice or was ever told what their hourly labor charges would be. I advise to pass on this company as they are very expensive and the sub out all of their work!!
