When I tried to ask questions about serious side effects from a prescribed medication, I was spoken to rudely and even yelled at. I've personally known someone who died from complications due to medication side effects, so I take this seriously. I called the office seven times trying to get a safer alternative, and each time I was either ignored, misunderstood, or given another medication with severe side effects. Instead of showing concern, they made me feel like a burden for simply wanting treatment that won't put my health at risk -- especially considering my age and medical history. I was brought to tears by how I was treated. I am absolutely done with this office and will never return. It's clear that they prioritize speed over safety, do not take individual risks or age into account, and have no interest in genuinely communicating with or supporting their patients.

He poked and prodded and left - and then the "real " doctor came in. His name is Nicolas Anderson and he is not a good doctor. He really didn't have any idea what he was doing. He gave me a sleeve for my leg and told me to start wearing compression socks. He charged me over 100 bucks (that was after my insurance). I went back for a follow-up and he had me wait for an hour - just for a five minute chat where he said "We really can't do anything for you," Then he had the assistant strap some plastic things to my feet with ace bandages. I told her it hurt and she said - no it's okay. I said, "No. This really hurts." She pretended to shift it then she left me alone in the room. After all was said and done - that cost me another hundred - after my insurance and my leg still has not been healed or treated. This place is a rip off. Stay away from there. Find a Boy Scout who needs a first aid badge. He is better than this fraud Anderson. Truly the worst.

Pay very close attention to your billing statement and what they are charging you specially for self pays client's & also what is billed to your insurance for. I am a self pay and I have several times said Do Not bill my old insurance. They did it anyway. And we agreed to a lesser charge for a boot, but now Im billed again full price. On top of that. I'm billed $1800 for a diagnosis only. No treatment, no surgery, no meds, no shot, no tape or bandage, just x-ray's (also billed separate for). $900 each just for Dr to SAY, I have 2 fractures= $1800. Dr's, great care. They have no control of billing or so Im told. So its the establishment and billing that really manipulates and over bills the insurance and patients. So done w over billings and manipulation.

Tedious online paperwork "didn't register" so do it by hand, good thing I'm early! Waited and waited in this room with flickering overhead lights, dirty carpets, crooked broken clocks and frames on the wall, and front desk staff very avoidant. Was finally called in a whole half hour after my appointment time. Medical assistant was nice but didn't seem to be paying too much attention... Doctor was also nice, but spent an awful lot of time lecturing on diet and exercise. More than normal. I check my visit notes in the portal, which lists a diagnosis of "overweight - needs coaching on diet and exercise" which baffled me... I'm the thinnest I've been in my adult life. I barely get enough calories. If anything I could gain a few. Then I noticed... they incorrectly marked my height as 6" shorter than I am! So, wrong height led to "concerning BMI/overweight" diagnosis, which led to 1/3 of my wellness visit focused on targeting my non-existent extra weight! How the heck did he not notice?! Just so focused on that (wrong) # on the screen and didn't see the person in front of him. My chart also says I was never a smoker despite telling them about a decade of smoking... all over terrible practice. They don't see the human beings in front of them.

She agreed but I had to take a urine test. I received the results back the next day and the RX I use could not be found. She said that happens but I had to take it again. No problem. That was well over a week ago and my professional life is suffering. She insist the govt "audits" her for these test. This is BS. They think I'm a junky (even though I don't do any drugs and am randomly get tested by the company I work for). There are a few great docs there (Fair, Chan and the NGP) but I'm not a happy camper. Dr. Al-Kadari has been professional and a caring surgeon treating my mother's necrotizing fasciitis…read morethroat abscess. She is almost fully recovered from her surgery the first week of October 2021 and Dr. Al-Kadari informed us he expects my mother to be back to 100% by Thanksgiving or Christmas 2021. This was only my second time meeting with Al-Kadari even though he was the main surgeon on my mother's case and she spent 3+ weeks in the hospital at Rush Medical Center. Since her hospital discharge October 20th, we have had three post-op visits with his associate, Ashley Knies. Ashley appeared nervous, insecure, and all around lacking intelligence. Our first visit with her she did nothing besides prescribe more opiates. Our second visit she remover the bandage but did not feel comfortable replacing my mother's wound vac stating she did not have proper supplies or bandages. Luckily, our home healthcare nurse, Sarah helped me pack/prepare the wound vac for the post-op visit, in addition to extra bandages. I tried to hand the bag with the wound vac to Ashley but she shook her head nervously so instead I handed a bandage to Ashley who emphasized, "I wish we had these, our bandages are not near as good as these." After our visit, I reviewed the appointment notes in "MyChart" and was shocked to see Ashley wrote we failed to bring my mother's wound vac to the appointment, which is an outright lie! Moreover, let's pretend we had not brought the wound vac or bandages, why are these supplies not at the hospital? Are they truly lacking necessary medical supplies or is it simply Ashley's incompetence placing blame elsewhere?
