I was expecting the retail store itself to be much bigger, but honestly it felt about the same size as a typical Five Below with a slightly different layout and the same products you'd find at most locations. One unique feature is the large floor-to-ceiling viewing window where you can watch the distribution center in action, which was pretty neat. The girls loved browsing all the makeup, stationery, plushies, and cute accessories, so they had a great time. What really stood out was how friendly everyone was. The staff was welcoming, the store was clean and organized, and there was plenty of parking right in front of the entrance, so there was no need to schlep across a huge parking lot. If you're already in the area, it's worth stopping by--especially if you're curious about the warehouse behind it. Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. I asked nicely and was told from the employee that, "I do not have to do anything for you." I was offened by this. There were 2 gentlemen and one was named Evan who spoke to me rudely. For a store that does not accept returns it is only right that any items sold are working properly. I am not happy at all. There is no management on duty to clear up simple issues as these either.
