My preference is to use the local small business over a chain. The car was returned with undeniable sloppy repairs. The estimate was easily 20% higher than the chain estimate. SS owner was pleasant about my concerns and made the needed repairs. Color match is still off and repairs are still evident. Maybe they had a bad day.
