Ventured in and was immediately greeted and pointed towards the menu. Although multiple items caught my interest, I settled on the Slaw-Py Pulled Pork Sammy! The person taking my order at the counter verified I want it as-is including the Spicy Sauce. That's a resounding "Yes please!". I grabbed a seat at the little bar and enjoyed the ambiance and decorations of the place. The food came out and I was struck by the serving vehicle chosen, a small fry pan. The cornbread was neatly wrapped up in plastic wrap and handed to me separately. The first bite was all I needed to know why the small frying pan was used! The crunch of the slaw, hints of sweetness from the BBQ sauce, richness from the egg, saltiness from the bacon, and the juicy pulled pork with the Caribbean flavor and spice just all balanced so well and makes you forget the river of juices flowing all over your hand.
