went through the drive thru for lunch and got a #1 combo, the bacon in my burger was pink. went back into the store to show the worker, the one employee at the cash register was nice and completely agreed my bacon was undercooked. The 7 II fry cook or I'm assuming manager in the back "remade" my burger which consisted of throwing out the bacon and microwaving the burger to try to make me think it was fresh, I saw him put the burger in the microwave instead of making a fresh one. And the cherry on top was the 7 II fry cook had the nerve to say "you should come back within the hour when this happens" , 20 minutes had elapsed from the time I had ordered to the time that I had returned to show them the undercooked bacon. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here and considering who runs this place I don't recommend anyone come here unless they're looking to get food poisoning! read more

Ice cream is great, service STINKS! I used to go to DQ frequently but the service is incredibly slow. I thought I would try it again today after work at 3:30. They didn't disappoint! 16 min being 3rd in line at the drive thru for one ice cream cone. The woman working at the drive thru window is named Jill and she is racist and rude! My husband and I just left the Dairy Queen in Easton on s 25th st. We used the drive-thru to place our order. My husband was driving so he placed the order and handed the card to Jill to pay for our food. She took our card and was gone for a long time. I'm not sure why she kept our card for so long. When Jill retired she asked my husband "is there a Christy in the car?" She did so while rudely looking past my husband who is black... to ask this question. My husband used my card to pay for the food and I was sitting in the car with him. When she mentioned my name I sat forward and told her that I was Christy. She stared at me for a few minutes as if she was trying to decide if I look like a "Christy" I guess. I am Asian so I guess she didn't think I looked like a "Christy" but she finally gave my card back to me, instead of handing it to my husband. who had given it to her in the first place. After handing the card back to me she immediately closed the window before we could say anything to her about what she did. This encounter really bothered my husband because he knew she was implying that he had stolen the card, which was her reason for asking for the owner of the card. So we decided to go back to the drive-thru. He ordered something else and used a card with his name on it. When she brought back the food and handed my husband his card, he asked her why did she ask if there was a Christy in the car? Jill said with a very nasty tone, "you're clearly a man and you're handing me a card with a woman's name on it!" She couldn't have been more rude and completely okay with assuming that my husband may be using a stolen card. So my husband asked her, "what is I was using my wife's card to run errands for her?" She cut him off and said, "Well I was just trying to make sure... because I was a victim of identity theft before." At this point my husband just ending the conversation by telling her that it was rude and embarrassing of her to not only assume that he was a thief but to also assume someone's gender in today's society were you don't know a person's gender or identity by just looking at them. She didn't apologize for being rude or suggesting that the card was stolen. This was a terrible experience and it was completely uncalled for. read more

The employees are not cooking food with gloves there for passing germs on to everyone and I think it's possible they don't even wash their hands. All restaurants fast food or not should have gloves because they're literally touching our food after giving it to us. Went strictly for ice cream although there were plenty people eating regular food. Banana Split was on the small side, had no nuts, & came to the table slight more melted than I like. Blizzard was good. I like that they bring it to your table. Floors were sticky and some tables couldn't be sat at because they weren't cleaned off. In total, it was a fair experience but one thing I did enjoy was the young dude with the crazy hair who took our order. He was friendly, bubbly, answered my questions, and was very nice! My parents and I went there early July and my mom had the Reese Peanut Butter Blizzard and she sent it back because the Reese Peanut Butter cups were stale, they gave her a free blizzard but were very nasty about it. We tried it again last Wednesday and my mom got the same thing and this time there was no candy in the blizzard whatsoever just vanilla ice cream and crumbs. Went to this place at approx. 12:15 today. Ordered a number 5. Waited ten to 15 minutes for my order. When it came the hamburger bun was not just cold but refrigerator cold, so was the lettuce, tomato and onion. The actual burger Looked to be cooked but was not warm, but it wasn't as cold as the bun.
