Whether it's his or his clients preference he will stop at nothing to ensure the purchase is made by a Caucasian. Or maybe it's Dual Agency Bias but he certainly has inconsistent negotiation standards that should be questioned. Most realtors don't pass up counter offers unless there's a clear personal bias.
