They actually respect your time, so we stayed at the time they I selected. The girl walked me to a room. I got on the bed face up. Raised my arms to expose my under arms. She cleaned my underarms & prepped them for the wax. She put the hot wax on my underarms and got to work. Of course there was some pain, but nothing unbearable. What she could not get with the ear, she plucked and I could barely feel the plucking. She put a serum on afterwards and I was done. The girl at the front desk said this service was complimentary since it was my first time here. She also gave me a goody bag and showed me what was inside. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience.
