I contacted Jeff to clean the ducts and dryer vent. During our initial conversation he said he would be at the house between 2.5-3 hours. The morning of the appointment, he confirmed he would arrive between 9:00 -10:00 and would be there approximately 3 hours. My adult daughter was home when he arrived @ 9:10. By the time I arrived home, it was 10:30. He and the worker were already packing up the truck. They dragged their equipment through the house on a rainy day with their work boots on and without covering the wood floors and white rug. There was dirt from the exchange all over my grandson's playroom toys, his bedroom floor, the hallway steps and on the white carpeting. Only when I complained did they reluctantly vacuum the dusty areas. I paid by check and was asked to sign the receipt. Reviewing the invoice as he pulled away, I noted that the Air Duct Cleaning Overview was to INCLUDE: 1-Remove, clean and reinstall registers. NONE of the registers were removed. The cleaning nozzle was forced into the registers bending five of the vents. The vents were not cleaned as they weren't removed. The damaged vents need to be replaced. They can't be bent back into shape. 2- Clean all accessible OAHU components and housing. THIS service was not performed when I asked Jeff. He said there were boxes near the furnace (3). Rather than ask us to move the boxes, he chose not to provide proper service. 3- Antimicrobial Application (germistat/fungus/bacteriostat) SERVICE was not performed as he did not do any service on or near the furnace. 4- Clean coils, fan motor and air handling housing. SERVICE was not performed as he did not work on the furnace. I was charged for cleaning 12 registers. There are only 10 registers two of which are sealed off from inside the duct. They would have had to be removed to be cleaned. I called Jeff within minutes of his leaving. He admitted that he did not do the work mentioned above because the walkway to the furnace had boxes (3) in his way. My daughter was there the entire time and neither she nor I were asked to move the boxes or the work would not be completed properly. No work was done on any part of the ducts or furnace in the basement. Supposedly, 3 hours was set aside for completion of the job. He left after 1.5 hours. There was plenty of time to complete the job properly. I called Jeff a second time and sent an email after the service call. No response. read more

They did a good job. Clean and quick. I was happy with the results. Overall I would say it was a positive experience... not sure if they cleaned or looked at the coil but in there defense it may have been done. Also on the phone said they would do the dryer vent but they did not. read more

Jeff - the owner, from Memorable Air Care is amazing at what he does. His passion and knowledge is key. I know duct cleaning isnt the most exciting topic, however he informed me in such depth that I understand the importance. They have done numerous jobs at my home as well as friends I have referred them to. My air quality is much better and I know that I am safer having my dryer vent cleaned every year. Its important to know the difference with the many company;s that are out there, look at the certifications and make sure they have the correct ones.
