I needed work done on my car / SUV from 2 prior accidents, I called to get a quote, being old school that what one did, she (one the other line) explained that giving a quote over the phone wouldn't be fare to me. So I was given an email and sent pictures of work needed, I was sent an email the next day with a "quote", so I go to take my car in for them to see in person ( after I received the quote) the price was better than I thought it would be so I took it in so they can see it in person and give me a "better/ different quote " if needed. I spoke with the owner, he was so very kind and his daughters, the one's I spoke with over the phone, were too very nice, polite and professional. I left my car for it to be repaired on a Friday and by that Tuesday my car was fixed and good as new. They even washed my car, she totally needed it and they vacuumed it out, she looked beautiful and I almost didn't recognize her ( my car ) and I received a bottle of wine a bottle from their very own winery, it was a very good wine BTW. You know how it is. You hear the crack as the rock hits the windshield as you're flying down I-10. You don't think much about it until 2 days later when you notice the chip and the inevitable spiderwebbing... I was recommended to go to Memorial Collision by my insurance agent. I called to make an appointment, and they said I didn't need one, just come on by. I made it in about 9 a.m. on a Thursday, and everyone could not have been more wonderful! They had to order my windshield, and I was going to hang out at the local Starbucks until it was fixed, but I was advised to come back between 5:30p and 6p to pick it up. I even got a loaner car! So I went about my business, then got the call about 1:30p that it was already done! Hours earlier than expected! How can you ask for anything more than that? Their prices were more than reasonable, and we also got a bottle of white wine from Crete! Too cool! This was my first experience with any repairs of this nature, and Memorial Collision will definitely have my business if any more is needed in the future! brought my truck to these guys despite having less then perfect reviews but my friend said it would be right and his car was perfect. My truck is a little older and two other shops said it was totaled but the guys there really took their time and found what i needed and repaired what i was sure had to be replaced.I was able to get a loaner car since i was unable to get a rental didn't even miss a day of work with all this. They handled my claim and before i knew it my baby was back to me like it never happened and i got a bottle of wine to relax with. I needed to have some body work done on my Toyota 4Runner and having read good reviews from Next Door, I decided to get a quote for a new front bumper and some leather repair on my front seat. Elias was very friendly and the quote was reasonable so I took my car in the next day. He even lent me a car to drive for the two days my car was being worked on. The work was done in exactly two days and looked great! (He even fixed my back bumper which wasn't a lot of work, but I hadn't even mentioned it to him. He just noticed the tiny gap between it and the body and fixed it!) As I left, Elias wanted to give me a bottle of wine but I don't drink. So he gave me a bottle of Greek olive oil. After my car accident, the insurance company was trying to give me money to total my car but the car was totally drive-able other than this fender bender. I ended up taking the lesser money they gave me to keep the car. After getting a few estimates, I ended up using Memorial Collision Center and as you can see, they did beautiful work and pretty much matched the paint color. Went there to fix my Nissan Versa after I was rear ended by another vehicle in the parking lot. I went there for second estimate as I didn't like the estimation from previous body shop recommended by the third party insurance company. My sister recommended me here and I am very glad that I came here to fix my car. Very happy with the fix. Moreover the third party insurance didn't provide me rental car and they loaned me one of their old car for the duration free of charge. They were very accommodating and got the work done in less than half the time the insurance had estimated it would take. They went above and beyond my expectations (they even cleaned out the inside of my car *on top of* the collision damage I went in to have fixed).
