There fix was to clip and remove the portion that was loose, I noticed it immediatel, but decided not to say anythin. Several months later, the bumper, in the same area, was having the same issue, so I had them take a look. At this point, the shop decided to replace the bumpe, it took about 7 week. After the repairs and they returned the car, I noticed that the paint was not the same shade of white, but the shop claims that it's because the paint adheres to plastic and metal differentl, which I don't disput, but in this case it is very noticeabl. When they show me the tear, it was obvious that someone torn it on purpose during inspection. The female owner then told me that it cost $20 to replace it in order to pass inspection. Later I found out from another auto place that the replaced wiper did not even fit my vehicle and it was forced into it causing it to scrape the windshield. I still cannot forget how embarrassed the inspector person was when he told me about the torn wiper.

I was offered a ride back to the house by a very kindhearted older gentleman who turned out to be the owner. Fast Forward - My Hummer was damaged by another driver and remembered the great service I had received on my previous visit so told my insurance company I was taking my vehicle to Collision Clinic for the repairs. I was greeted by the new owner John who is the son of the previous owner. We all know how that usually goes - but not in this case. The new owner John was every bit as hospitable and concerned with getting my vehicle fixed correctly and getting me back on the road as his father was. The kicker is I had dropped my rental policy when my wife was not working and forgot to add it back when she started working. Rental prices where high and felt like a nightmare trying to rent a car. After John learned of this he coordinated by drop-off time to a time he could arrange for a loaner car for me to use. Needless to say, but my Hummer looks great, better than before the accident, and I plan to take my Hummer in for some additional work. Thank you John (and amazing crew) for your awesome service!

They have a relationship with my insurance company, Progressive, which made handling the claim a snap. My car is a somewhat rare model, and there was a part that had to be replaced that had a waiting list several months long due to a parts shortage. Cho's was somehow able to get it in just a few weeks. Wonderful! When I picked up the car, the repair work looked great, and the car frankly appeared brand new because they had thoroughly washed the whole thing and even cleaned-up the interior! The vehicle looked pro! I found the people who work at Cho's to be really friendly, and very customer-service oriented. Without a doubt, if I need work from a body shop in the future, I am going to Cho's!

Garagisti was recommended to me as a good place to come for car service. I thought I needed a wheel…read morealignment due to some uneven tire wear on an old set of tires that I replaced. They quoted me $249 for my car which was a fair deal considering. They recommended an 8:15 am appt. which I set for a couple of days in advance. I arrived on time and wanted to wait since most alignments can be done in an hour or so. They said that they also do a full diagnostic on the car when they service one and it would take longer so they would Uber me back home. I expected the car to be finished later that morning but it was 2:30 pm before they called me. They wanted to review their diagnostic findings with me and said that they would be starting on the alignment in about 30 minutes! They said that the manufacturer recommended spark plug changes at 30k miles which my car just passed would cost $600. They recommended a brake fluid changeout due to it being at least 2 years old for another $200. I declined both. The kicker was that they recommended the cabin air filter be changed out for $130. I asked why and they said that the mechanic said it looked dirty. I told them I replaced it MYSELF a month ago for $30! Ripoff! They finally called me back at 4:55 to say the car was ready and sent another Uber to get me. The alignment showed it slightly out of alignment but not bad and made the small corrections. After paying and driving off, I noticed that someone had disconnected my front dash camera. After plugging it back in and back at home I could tell that whomever test drove my car that morning while doing the diagnostic testing unplugged it. I could see that he pulled over on the side of the road and then the camera went dark. They didn't have the courtesy to remember to plug it back in. Finally they give each car an exterior wash but my exterior glass had streaks and the side mirrors were smudged. Guys, use a clean cloth! I had a 8:15 am appt. for an alignment. That's all I wanted done. It should have been over by 9:30 am. Instead they keep my ride all day, perform tests on it to tell me service issues that I already knew of trying to get me to spend over $1000 and telling me the cabin air filter was old when I replaced it a month earlier, disconnected my dash camera and then didn't reconnect it (hiding something?) and then gave me a bad wash. I won't return.

Just requested a simple front axle brake job. Requested to use OEM or genuine part if they could…read morenot. (They advertise they use OEM as a standard). I waited 2 weeks for an appointment. When I dropped the car off, they ran an entire diagnostic. Which was fine as it was complementary, but it took them 3 days. I respectfully declined as these items were covered under my manufactures warranty. Got the car back. All the description on the estimate and reciept said "OEM brake rotor" and it ended up being some cheap chinese rotor that rusted within a couple of weeks. The original design was a two peice rotor, and they slapped on a single. When I asked about this, they didnt see an issue, and they did the proper repair and what was asked. Was told if there is an actual mechanical issue, to bring it back and it would be covered under their warranty. Did not seem interested in making me happy. I saved maybe $100 by going through all of this. If I went with the dealer, I would have had genuine parts, and had the car back within in 1 day of the appointment.
