I am going to start by saying, this GoHealth Urgent Care location at 10300 Louetta Rd is above the…read morerest of the Urgent Cares in the Memorial Herman System. I became ill and had already done a virtual visit with a Dr. at another location but after a week I wasn't getting any better. Going in for a visit I knew I didn't have insurance, worried about the cost, and knew it would be self-pay. Danielle was the NP that treated me on Monday. She did my vitals and found my oxygen, heartbeat and blood pressure were below normal rage. Danielle was concerned but you wouldn't have known it by her demeanor. She was honest with me about what was going on. She felt a chest x-ray would tell us more about what was going on with my lungs. I knew the chest x-ray would be an additional cost to what I had already paid. Danielle did a breathing treatment on me and left me with a cup of hot tea to think about what I wanted to do next. She returned and I had decided to do the chest x-ray. Danielle has the ability to be empathetic towards her patients and at that moment that was exactly what I needed. I left the clinic calmly and felt she had my best interest at heart and had given me the knowledge of what I needed to do to get better. Today she called to check on me, and I am doing better in 2 days than I had all last week and for that I am truly grateful to her and the staff.

I was prescribed a 5% lidocaine patch and Tylenol Arthritis 650 mg after a fall. Unfortunately, the…read morepharmacy did not have the Tylenol available, and the insurance authorization needed for the lidocaine patch was not completed by the provider. I used over-the-counter Tylenol and a 4% lidocaine patch instead, but a week later I am still in pain and unable to get the prescribed treatment. I would appreciate better coordination between the provider, insurance, and pharmacy to avoid delays in care.

A visit to the cardiologist cannot be good, especially if it is for your 3 year old daughter! Her…read morepediatrician recommended this place and I made the next available appointment which it was 2 weeks away. I, of course, expected a mono-toned, introverted, middle eastern doctor with difficulties to understand (my personal OBGYN is middle Eastern and have problems sometimes). The ladies up in the front we're ok, not too nice but not rude at all and just handed me pages of paperwork to fill out. My princess was called in and this sweet U;ultrasound/EKG tech lead us to the room as FROZEN was being played (well done PCAH) what little girl doesn't like FROZEN? She kept my princess comfortable and try to ease her nerves since she is not used to having people touch her chest much less add wires all over her. The sweet tech just kept talking to her, complimenting my daughter on her hair (who doesn't like compliments?) and once she was done we were with the EKG, it was time for the ultrasounds. Talk about the most nerve wracking moment when gel is being place on this tiny little girl as a parent but the tech was guiding me throughout the entire process like teaching a student Cardiology 101 which was much appreciated. After the images and tests results she also lead us to another room where the Cardiologist would reveal the test results. This is the part where I expected this "imaginary doctor" that I have implanted in my head, so after nervously waiting on the results a young, beautiful, angel had fallen from heaven. Dr. Christine Glasow walked in with your typical southern hospitality cheer leading smile like she just had wonderful news to anxiously tell me. And she did. Dr. Glasow excitedly talked to my daugter about her gorgeous hair and what had she just experienced, then shared with me how healthy she was and saw nothing in her and rewarded my daughter with not one, but two stickers! After the receptionists open up everyone in this office just seemed like a relief of fresh breathe! I have never experienced an entire staff being so friendly and understanding of both little patients and the parents. Note to parents: If you are in search of a Pediatric Cardiologist, please do me a favor and bring your babies here! Both you and them will love it!

I called numerous time and left messages without any success. They have 9 locations in Houston, but only one phone number and no email address to contact them. BEWARE and STAY AWAY!
