Every time you come here there's a long waiting line. The room is very crowded full of sick people very close together. It's ridiculous. Quest Diagnostics, 600 N Kobayashi Rd Ste 109, Webster, TX 77598, has terrible service. I'm waiting my results 12 days. I had to do an appointment to ask about them, and their response me that they don't know explain me why my results haven't arrived and that it's not their responsibility, but rather responsibility of lab that does testing. The patient doesn't deal directly with that lab; the pacient do deal directly and pay to Quest Diagnostic. They are very irresponsible. The service is awful; you never can't contact them by phone or email because none customer service numbers work. No one will answer and they don't have informacion available for customers I stop doing my job and personal matters to go in person to ask about my results, only to receive the response that it's not their problem. Don't go to Quest Diagnostic. They are very irresponsible, inefficient, and very unprofessional. Lab Corp is much better read more

Quest location 1631 North Loop West, Houston, Tx 77008. They prioritize by appointment over walk ins. With that said if you are a walk in and any appointment walks in early they will service the appointment person over walk in. example time is 11 am. you are a walk in and the 3pm appointment comes early 11:05 they will be serviced before the walk in. This is ridiculous and poorly managed. Go anywhere but here. read more

I interacted with two of the technicians at Quest Diagnostics today. Both were very professional and super friendly. It was at the end of the day and their shift. There was absolutely no wait to be seen and after registering, I walked right in. I have not had this great service at other Questions locations but I do recommend this location if it is near you. read more

Ok shout out to Ms.Alma Ms.Amanda and Ms.Shabon! On Wednesday September 25,2024, they made my day! I couldn't decide who to put first because they are all blessings so I did alphabetical order, so my standing order for my labs was expired and Ms.Shabon took care of the order in less than a few minutes and Ms.Alma and Ms.Amanda were precious! Parents take your kids here they are super special people who take joy in easing your fears of getting blood taken. It's a big blessing to have a sense of peace when you have to get labs done and these ladies at this Quest are awesome! In and out as a walk-in with less than an hour total for the wait time and appointment. Bianca was my phlebotomist. She was fantastic! She was authentic in her approach and compassionate. Location - 10228 W Broadway Pearland, TX 77584 This is one of the best quest diagnostics locations I have visited. The staff members working on the morning of 03/15/2024 were professional and friendly. I was impressed by how they interacted with each patient and effectively got them through the process. I especially would like to highlight * Craigtisha Green (phlebotomist) for being kind and authentic. * And the young lady who efficiently managed the check-in process and continuously checked on the patients in the waiting room. read more

We had to take our 6 month old to get a second round of blood work after the his first round at Quest Diagnostics in Memorial Herman on 290 failed to take enough blood for his labs after many attempts in each arm. Ms. Kenisha and staff was amazing! They were so quick and got all the samples needed in one draw! We went on a Saturday at 8:30 and waited maybe 10 minutes. Edit: Our STAT lab samples were never sent out for testing and we will have to wait over 24 hours for results. Major miscommunication or mix up? Whatever it was, totally unacceptable. read more

Horrible scheduling system. You make appointment time but they let walk ins go ahead of you even after you are checked in. I had appointment and arrived 30 minutes early while waiting 5 people came in without appointments and they went in ahead of me. Infuriating system. The staff is courteous and professional. It's not their fault the question scheduling system is so poor. Lesson learned. Either go to another company or just walk in. read more

There is no front desk. I was dropping off a urine sample for my elderly mother and had to WAIT until all of the scheduled appointments were done before turning in the urine cup. Ridiculous. I really did not want to have to write this review, as I was going to chalk this experience as a one-off...but, now that I have received a letter from a collections agency...I need to explain. So, every few months my Dr. requests a 10 panel urine screening. Pretty simple...not the case here!! I guess when medical offices see BCBS as the provider, they will tack on as much as possible to get as much as possible. That's the only way I can explain this experience. I went in after my Dr requested the 10 panel screening...Everything seemed typical. Staff was alright, not the friendliest, but, I get it. I explain, again, what my Dr requested. Next thing I know I am receiving a bill for $123.88, after my insurance covered $375.35 (again for a 10 panel urine screening)...the total bill: $499.23 I called my insurance to explain the issue, they explain I need to dispute with Quest. I call my Dr to explain what has transpired, and my Dr is upset because she stated Quest has run a number of tests and further analysis, to which, she never requested. Quests gives her & I the runaround!! She tried to inquire & it went back and forth for weeks. Today I have received a bill from collections and I am beyond angry...THIS IS INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!!! Quest, you were only supposed to complete a 10 panel urine screening, anything beyond what was requested by my Dr is on you!!! Way to stick it to customers!! read more

Regular blood tests for me for my thyroid. I wanted to stop in and say that Cynthia was extremely pleasant. I'm not a fan of needles (probably something wrong with you if you are, lol). Barely noticed her taking my blood. So many people are just going through the motions especially after the holidays and at the end of the year. She seemed like a genuine good hearted caring professional. When you are nervous doing bloodwork it's extremely nice to have someone comforting help you. read more

They open at 8 on Saturdays and since they are the only ones open on Saturday, when I got here at 7:50 am there were around 50-70 people in line outside waiting for it to open: Ideas! I came to quest diagnostics to get some simple blood work done. I walked into a crowded small waiting room and place my name on an iPad and then sat there for an hour and a half until I was able to see the Lab tech. Once I was able to see the Lab tech, they were not able to even take my tests and sent me back home or told me to wait again. Terrible experience. read more

Ladies have attitudes, no customer service. They treat you like a dog. I literally hate comming here more than going to the dps. I don't know if the ladies are miserable but they definitely come off as grouchy. Nobody is even at the window, I'm like where is the customer service? I think one time we kind of had someone nice but that's the only time I can remember. I literally had to bark back at our mean grumpy lady when she was being rude to me and tell her well I'm glad your having a good day . After that she got a little nicer once she realized I could be just as grumpy If she was going to be a total turkey to me. Getting a Glucose test right now and it's so far been a normal experience. The only thing is thus far the staff has been unfriendly and uninformative. Also, the bathrooms had no soap...but other then these things so far I haven't had to much of an issue! read more

Good thing I made an appointment online because when I walked in, there were about 10 people in the waiting room. They took me in right away, which is great. BUT, the lady who drew my blood wasn't paying attention and talking trash about her supervisor in front of me, a patient, which is so unprofessional. So now my arm is swollen and bruised, and that has never happened to me before. Avoid this location as both people I dealt with should be fired. read more

Worst customer service ever. You call and get looped up in auto attendant hell with no way to actually speak to somebody. Their message says that they will call your doctor id they don't have your orders but once there they refuse to do that. This is my second and last trip here to have blood work drawn. Most painful blood draw I've ever had to go through. The lady was literally wiggling the needle inside my vein to get blood because she forgot to take off the rubber band around my arm. Other than that, they were really fast because I got there when they opened. read more

It's true, if it's a Saturday you have to get there between 7:30-7:45, otherwise expect a very long line. I got there at 7:45 and there were about 12 people already lined up, soon after that plenty more started coming. Once you get past the inconvenience of the "wait", it's all smooth from there on. This was for my 9 year old blood test, the nurse was nice and helpful, it took about 8 minutes with getting the blood and signing some paperwork. read more

Made an appointment online and arrived 15 min early. No reception you just sign in on an iPad. When I signed in it said I would have priority because I had an appointment. I have sat here and watched 8 people who got here after be serviced and leave. My appointment was at 2:00 and was not serviced until 2:45! read more

I have gone to this location multiple times and always have a good experience. I usually do walk in and I'm taken back shortly after arriving. My blood work is always quick, painless and staff is friendly. I recently took my 1yr old in for blood work and I was extremely nervous. The lady was kind and helpful. Glad i took a chance with this location. I just walked in about 10 minutes ago (without an appointment), and I'm already done and in the car. I have never been seen so fast. The lady who drew my blood (didn't get her name) was very good and barely felt a pinch. She explained everything to me thoroughly before she did it, which was also a nice touch. OK, nobody I know likes having blood drawn. However, Angela and the other staff at this location are friendly and efficient. Sometimes wait can be a bit long because the location is busy. The on-line reservation system helps, but convenient appt times can be scarce. read more
