The gals could not have been nicer and competent. However the doc, Doctor He got a little flustered that my husband was having a heart attack, due to his EKG. We could barely understand him as he was yelling for me to get him to the ER.....ASAP because he needed Nitroglycerine and their Nitroglycerine at the clinic was expired. He gave him an aspirin and said to get him an ambulance to closest ER ASAP. Entrust Immediate Care - Disappointing Experience This is my second time visiting Entrust Immediate Care in less than a week. I was here on Saturday, and today is Thursday--I feel even worse than before. My body aches are severe, and despite taking ibuprofen, meloxicam, and naproxen every 4-6 hours, my symptoms have worsened. During my visit, I explained my situation to the provider, including the fact that alternating with Tylenol had provided some relief. He sent prescriptions to the pharmacy, but when I arrived, I was told something was not done correctly. The pharmacy sent me back to Entrust, where I was informed that no one knew how to properly send the medication through the system. I came here twice seeking relief and hoping to feel better, only to be met with confusion and a lack of efficiency. Now I'm stuck in a frustrating loop while still feeling awful, with a low-grade fever despite all the medication I've taken. This has been a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for competent and timely care. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I first went to entrust @ memorial which is a sister branch for covid test and had such a great experience. Thought I come to this one cause it's closer. Entrust Memorial took 15-30 mins to get tested where you stand in line on foot. Upon arrive at entrust Bunker hill, I stood in line for about 20 minutes. There were only about 10-15 ppl in line and this very rude lady took down our insurance company name, phone number and name. The pervious person had just walked off and I was moving forward as she blurted out something. I said I'm sorry what? And she goes what do you need? I said a covid test and she asked for insurance company phone number and to see my id. No idea why you need to see my id if you weren't gonna take a picture or scan it. Seems like she saw that I was oriental and was racist to avoid trying to spell my name or something. She said the wait would be 1-4 hrs. NO IDEA HOW THE WAIT TIME COULD HAVE SUCH A HUGE RANGE. You only get 5 minutes to come back when they call you... so pretty much everyone sits in their car. I'm sick and was alone...if something had happened to me while waiting in my car, not sure they'll even notice... After 3 hrs, I got a call from a fairly sweet lady that made ZERO SENSE. She asked where I was parked as if she was gonna come find me....then proceed to tell me to drive to the back and find her, she'll be in a "ladder"...I quickly drove to the back where there's A chase parking lot to find A LOT OF CARS LINED UP. I drove up to a lady in scrubs that was checking on a line of cars but couldn't get her attention... so I drove up to a few other ppl I saw in scrubs and they asked my name...then said she been looking for you over there. Which made ZERO SENSE. I drove from the front of the lot to the back within a minute of receiving the call and they acted like I came from home. When the lady checked me in, she also acted like I took a long time to come and said my spot is "all the way up there". After she grabbed my ID and insurance info she said this is now my spot in line and it could take up to 2.5 hrs. 20 minute in line + 3 hrs waiting in my car anywhere nearby + another 2.5 hr to park in line??!? My husband was misdiagnosed and because of that, he exposed almost 100 people to the flu, including my daughter who is now laying in a hospital bed at Methodist Hospital. Last year they misdiagnosed the same daughter with a sinus infection when she actually had pneumonia. She couldn't breathed and actually collapsed standing for her X-ray. No one told me, when she got back to the room she was able to tell me. This crap sent her to Methodist ER last April. She spent a week there recovering. Went to get a COVID rapid result test. It's been 24 hrs now and no results yet. Was told after they swab me, I was getting results no later than the end of the day and NO RESULTS WERE EMAILED to me. This URGENT care clinic closes at midnight and reopens at 7:00am. I finally got through the phone line after waiting 33 minutes on hold just to be told: I will give your info to our medical staff and keep checking your email. Long story short I'm still waiting for my results and unable to get medication from my pcp since I haven't provided my results.
