Zion takes VA medical/Triwest and they are hands on with getting you the care you need and go beyond duties to ensure whatever authorization needed from VA to any imaging provider is taken care of no matter how difficult to VA can be! So, you know how you're not supposed to clean your ears with Q-tips? Well, let's just say that…read morethrough absolutely no fault of my own (totally innocent here), I somehow managed to impact some earwax while attempting to remove it. I tried some over-the-counter remedies, but those made things worse--I ended up completely losing hearing in one ear. Oops. Time to call in the professionals. A quick Google search led me to Zion Urgent Care Clinic, which had stellar ratings. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me warmly and made the whole check-in process swift and easy. In no time at all, I was escorted to the back, and shortly thereafter, the doctor joined me. We had a pleasant, reassuring conversation before he took a quick look in my ear, immediately diagnosing the issue. After some specialized drops and a gentle ear irrigation, a giant chunk of earwax (trust me, it was impressively massive!) was removed, and my hearing instantly returned at full blast. The entire experience at Zion--from hospitality to the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment--was second to none. If you ever find yourself needing urgent care services, don't hesitate--Zion Urgent Care Clinic has my highest recommendation.

I strongly recommend avoiding this doctor. My experience was very disappointing and unprofessional…read more I visited a few months ago, and the doctor seemed uninterested in helping patients. She appeared to be in a bad mood with both patients and her staff, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been even more frustrating. I have been in significant pain for about a week and have repeatedly called the office asking for my medication and help with my situation. Despite explaining that I am in pain, I have not received the support or timely response I expected. As a patient, I believe you deserve a doctor who listens, communicates, and genuinely cares about your well-being--not someone who makes you feel like your concerns are unimportant. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor. Please consider looking for a provider who is more responsive, compassionate, and patient-focused.

I have developed a relationship with all of them over the years of being in and out the country. I don't think you can put a price on the benefit of having healthcare professionals who know your history... in fact, I know you can't. The office location is on a small strip off Cairway/Hwy6 that is easy to find once you know where you're going. Nothing spectacular about the office or decor but it is always well kept and clean. If you're looking for modern-state of the art, you won't find it here. Smells sanitized every time I visit and I like that. Later, I was surprised to see they tried to bill me for a second, separate visit on top of my annual exam -- even though I never agreed to or was informed about any additional charges. This is extremely disappointing and feels dishonest. I came in for a routine annual check, not to be double-billed for simply answering the doctor's question. I've already signed and completed my visit, and there was no discussion of extra costs at that time. Patients deserve transparency and honesty -- not surprise charges after the fact. I would not recommend this office to anyone until they fix their billing practices and treat patients fairly.
