I did a trade on in my Camaro SS in February 0f 2025 on a Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. The day I test drove the vehicle it was dirty and covered up severe bubbling of pain on all door panels, hood, and hinges. Ater signing all the paperwork they had washed the vehicle and when leaving after the purchase I went to the passenger side of the vehicle and that's when I noticed the bubbling in the paint. I asked the salesman what this and his comment was that it was typical on the Rubicon. Now I feel they knew the rust was there but did a good job of hiding it from me. I just went and got an estimate for the repairs and the cost is $7000.00. I paid $30,000 for a rust bucket. I should have inspected mor thoroughly, but I feel they should have made me aware of this issue from the start. read more

Contacted this dealership about a specific vehicle. it was lower priced as I have a limited budget. The vehicle in question sold as I was talking about it, of course. I ask if there is anything else they might have. they say of course, we will see and get back to you. I check myself and send them stock numbers from the website. Magically, those vehicles just sold too. ( they were in my low price range). Meanwhile, having my information from my interest in the first vehicle, she gets me approved ( barely and with a hard hit to my credit) for an auto way more than what I was looking for. Congratulates me on the success, very patronizingly and acts like I should be happy at the prospect of paying $150 more each month than I said I could. Needless to say I am not buying the more expensive car they are trying to force me into. This was such a used car lot experience. read more

Super efficient location. Very straightforward, especially on brand new vehicles. Never had a problem with service. Advisors follow up with issues and try not to overcharge for work that doesn't necessarily need done, but still let's you know about it. I also like to watch their community involvement. I had a recall needing dealt with. when I called and asked if they could finally get the parts after 2 years of waiting. they said yes they could order it. it would take a week for the part to come in and they would call when it was in. I asked how long of a repair it would be in case I needed a ride and was told about 45 minutes . 6 weeks later I called and yes my part had arrived but no one ever called. I set up an appointment and asked again how long of a repair and was told about 45 minutes. 3 days before my appointment they called and said in case you didn't know, your ordered part is here and if you don't already have an appointment please make one. (wtf?) I came in for my appointment and he says it will be an hour and a half!!! I said twice you told me it would be 45 minutes. he said ok. okay what? is it going to be 45 minutes or an hour and a half? he said we'll try to have it done in an hour. I would only recommend coming here if you absolutely have to. read more

This review is about the somerset location. Sales people were a joke. Finance guys seemed like he was under the influence of something. Unanswered questions. No paperwork when we left with new/used vehicle. Promised us to replace ventshades-note done yet. I guess this company will say whatever it takes to make a sale and then to shut you up afterwards. I would like to share our experience with Memorial Highway Chevy Windber and Somerset. In June my husband and I stop at the Windber location looking for a needle in a haystack- a truck. They had no new trucks due to the chip shortage. My husband told him what we wanted and if anything like that came it to give us a call. About two weeks later a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 came in and we went to look at it. We were showed all the features and were shown what was suppose to be a ghost camera. The camera would help us when pulling a trailer and seeing behind the trailer. We took it for a drive and said we would talk about it and get back to them. Needless to say, our home phone was ringing off the hook trying to get us to purchase this truck. The salesman was very persistent with multiple calls even in the evening way after supper time. We even had a manager from the Somerset location calling us because the truck was from the Somerset location on loan to the Windber location. Long story short we struck a deal and purchased the 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 on July 10, 2021. We brought the truck home and started exploring found out that it DID NOT have a ghost camera but a plowing package. The truck is set up to pull not plow. Something fishing is going on. It is now November 2021 and we have been given nothing but excuses as to where the ghost camera is. I need to tell you that there have been weeks of silence waiting for a return phone call from both the Windber location and Somerset location. Each location keeps saying it the other location's problems. First, we were told by Windber that the previous owner lost the camera and they would look into it. Several weeks of silence to be told we need to go through Somerset. The contact in Somerset acted like she didn't understand what camera we were talking about. Again, several weeks of silence. When my husband called the contact from the Somerset location he was asked if the Windber location called him. My husband stated that he hasn't heard anything from anyone. Finally frustrated from the run around I called the Windber location and was told that even though it was on the window sticker that they wouldn't honor it because it doesn't apply because it is now a used vehicle. The latest excuse is that the chip was removed and it would cost a lot of money to have the chip replaced in order to use a camera?? My question is if it costs a lot of money to replace the chip then it must have cost the dealership a lot of money to remove the chip? Nothing is adding up or making sense. My finally statement to the contact(s) at the Windber location was that we love the truck but do not like the treatment that we are receiving and I walked away. Buyer beware! It's easy for a salesman to show you all the features that the vehicles has but when it comes time for you to take the vehicle home and you find item(s) missing GOOD LUCK at getting them replaced. I purchased a 2015 Cadillac SRX end of January....16,000 dollars only to get it home and (my bad), found out that I had missed a pile of mouse droppings down by the passenger seat( which the dealership agreed to reimbuse a detaling for).....that should have been the first clue.....In March, the vehicle was downshifting rough and had a squeal in the right front. 100 miles and 200.00 later, they could find nothing wrong....now the Stabiltrak and ABS lights have come on....STILL downshifting rough, and squeal is getting worse!!! Found the truck we where looking for online. Drove 100 miles to see it and bought it. They hadn't had the opportunity to detail it They did some service work on it and had the opportunity to clean it but didn't bother to clean 75,000 miles of engine dirt...even after they said they would. They did deliver it 3 days later "as it was not ready to go when we bought it." And was not ready to go when they brought it either. Didn't clean it, vacuum it or even wash the windows. The reason I have them 2 stars, we like the truck a lot. If you expect to be treated like they want you to be a repeat customer, this isn't the dealer to purchase from. The third time I started my car, just 22 hours after purchase at Memorial Highway Chevrolet, the car was dead as a door nail. I was in a 40 degree parking lot, and Facetimed with my sales person Lauren and Jarid who is a Manager there. They said "get it taken care of, we'll pay for the inconvenience charges." As annoying as it was to have my 2016 Cadillac dead after just buying it, this dealership could have had a customer for life by doing the right thing and paying me the difference. Instead they lied, said they'd pay, then never returned my communications. Typical snake oil salesman car salesmen. Our family just moved to Western PA and my car broke down in the move. I needed a car to drive to work, and my wife needed one to drive the kids. After much research, the car that I wanted was at Memorial Highway Chevrolet for a very reduced and FAIR price. So, after not being able to find what I wanted locally, I drove all the way from Beaver, through the snow, uphill, both ways to get here (literally), and I'd do it again. Eddie, Gus, and the rest of the team at Memorial are consummate professionals. It really felt like I was buying from a family (I was introduced to everyone and we shared stories). What a great atmosphere! On the test drive, I noticed some things that I thought needed to be fixed. Without question, Eddie said, "We will absolutely get that done for you and make sure it's good to go before you drive away." Unfortunately it was late, and my family needed two cars by the next day. Because it was so late, the service department couldn't get the work done on time, so Eddie and Gus SENT ME HOME WITH A LOANER CAR!! It involved two extra drivers to drive back to Beaver that night. Wow! They did it just so they could fulfill my wishes of having two cars for my family. How about THAT for customer service!? The next day, the car was fixed up and delivered TO MY HOUSE. It was spotless and in great working order (as promised) and my wife and kids were able to have a car while I went to to my new job. It was pretty amazing the lengths they went to (and this is just one of the stories from my experience) to ensure customer satisfaction. Beware and stay away from this dealer. Lauren is deceiving. I specifically told her I wanted to use my lender and she knew that. So, they ran my credit with several lenders and all had terrible rates...borderline extortion. Then she comes back and tells me "sorry we don't use your lender". Garbage. She said she would check one other place (GM Financial) and get back to me the next day. Never called me. I called and spoke to André and presented my concern about their business practices. He seemed genuine and sympathized with me, but then Today (after telling them I've moved on) they ran my credit again! Actually had to text Lauren to tell them to stop! Go to Bud's Auto. They work with you, are genuine, and literally got more done in 10 minutes than this place did in 3 days. Also...they prefer to use my lender. On a comp with them, I am paying more than $100 less per month. Good rates are not found here. read more
