I wanted to take this time to tell you how wonderful, skilled and brilliant your PA, Manuel is. I came onto service in February of this year but in June, Manuel picked up on a few pain issues that were not been addressed by the team during prior assessments. He moved forward with back xrays and noted on an incidental finding of what appeared to be a liver lesion extending to surrounding structures. To think what this COULD have been, makes me shutter. This could have been liver or pancreatic cancer, which if found early, could have improved prognosis greatly. Luckily for me it turned out to be a liver cyst but Manuel's keen eye and dedication to leave no stone unturned is amazing. First, i believe this office wants injured employees to get sick of waiting 4 hours each appt and just drop cases. The NUMEROUS times i have been there someone comes in (to a room i have been sitting in 2 hours with neck and back injury) without my chart and they stand in the corner with hands behimd their backs. I noticed that is what they all do. They are like chickens... each day is new and i have to explain how i got hurt and then, ya.. don't you see in my chart that i have 3-level fusion?? .. and back procedure? They send you back to work until you are so broken down that you practically quit. You don't have to quit if you feel like i did. Just know that you can legally transfer care to another WC doctor such as Golden Empire Occupational Med. where i go now and am out in less than an hour with braces and even a pain shot. He has my chart and listens and writes things down. The office staff is great and fast. Restroom is clean and i xan get a nice glass of water too. read more

Type of place that deserves negative stars. The office staff is very unprofessional. The wait type is extensive. During my wait in the patient rooms, I could overhear the medical assistants bad mouthing other clients. Most staff here seem to hate their jobs, including the providers. My experience with the front staff and x-ray tech were good and we can say this place got the one star because of them. Everyone else made me call my company to change providers. I work as a nurse (LVN) and this place f-ing blows. I have never waited so long to see a doctor. Nor had to go through so many hoops to receive care. Paperwork was sent November of 2024, it is now July 2025, and they never processed the paperwork. It took almost 2 hours in the waiting room to have the office ladies boss process all the paperwork and finally have me go inside for 3 things. Drug test, alcohol screening, and a physical. I am now waiting in the room for a physical on my 3rd hour being here. It is unexplainable and horrendous kind of care and sense of urgency in healthcare. It's really pathetic and tragic. read more

I am shocked that a medical facility would have so little concern for public health, especially after a pandemic. There is no soap in the public bathroom. I brought this to the attention of multiple receptionists that responded by saying they would get soap into the bathroom and never did. But, they periodically come into the full waiting room and spray Lysol. Spraying Lysol is not a replacement for cleaning or providing clean sanitation. I recommend a biosecurity plan and training for all employees so they can understand the importance of Public Health and their important role in this. read more

The service and staff are incredibly rude. I had a work place splash to my eye and they never offered me to be seen by an actual optometrist. I even had the medical director not take me seriously. I came in due to an injury at work. The trauma injury was so heavily bruised and inflamed that they were unable to get an accurate diagnosis on my foot. The PA went ahead and sent me back to work with Advil and gave me a follow up appointment. Two months later...my foot is still so swollen that i can't wear anything but flip flops. Yup! Had to wear those to a wedding and my mother's funeral. So am i pissed? Yep, to say the least. I'm back here now, asking for treatment. If i don't get it, I'll be back here giving another follow up review and seeking a new physician. read more

Was referred to come get a physical here. The prices out of pocket are decent and cheaper than other urgent care. They do charge for the blood draw additional to the service you request. Paper work is quick and you don't have to wait long in the lobby, although I spent 2 hrs or more in the back room to be seen while in a gown. The physician was nice and he was adept and concise when I was seen. Additionally, I can hear the staff saying work faster and I can hear patients and primary provider interactions during the mean time. If it's your last choice, I'd definitely put this place at the bottom if you want to avoid long wait time. read more

I had a pre employment screening appointment at 3pm. I was 10 minutes early. At 5pm I had to use the bathroom so I asked the front desk how much longer. She said I was next. After 15 minutes I told her I have to use the bathroom I have been here since 3pm. I still waited about 15 more minutes till they called me back. I did my screening but I still had to see the doctor. I think the only reason they rushed me out was because they had to go home. They didn't give me my TB paper work or tell me when I had to come back. I called them in three days to ask. Front desk asked me read your paper. I told her I never got paper work. I can tell she didn't believe me. I hope I never have to go back to that place. Very unprofessional! read more

Im only giving this place one star but that's only because I have to. I would never recommend this place unless you have the patient of a saint. I had to take my sister to the er Monday night after she fell at work and broke her wrist. After the insurance company sent me a list of approved providers in their network I selected this place since it was the closest to where I live. When I first called them I was told that I would be able to take her in as a walk in once they had all the information they needed from the insurance company. I spent all day on the phone with them yesterday so that way I would be able to walk in with her today. The insurance adjuster was given the wrong fax number and I was given the wrong email address. We finally got everything taken care of or so I thought. I was told yesterday that once an account was set up for my sister I could bring her in this morning. I called this morning and they were working on the account and they would give me a call back in thirty minutes. Two hours later with no call back so I called them. They then told me that a walk in was no longer available and she needed to make an appointment. They explained to me that because she went to the er in the first place it was now considered a transfer of care (I had explained all this when I first talked to them). Please tell me what else I was supposed to do or supposed to take her when she broke her wrist at 10:30 pm. The office staff seems to have little to no empathy. They need to make sure they are giving out the correct information. Some of the girls seem to act like they aren't really interested in helping. This was such a huge waste of my time. read more

I have been to this place several times for workman's comp for school. The wait times vary even if you have an appointment. Mostly you see PA or NP. The authorization department is horrible. They never call you back or never follow up or send authorization where they need to go. I have had several appointments to specialist almost cancelled because of this. I have been waiting since April for a referral to be done for a specialist who says they don't have after being told it was approved in the beginning of May. This is probably why I do not even go to Memorial Hospital for anything. Their techs are ok but not the best one drew my blood and said my veins were deep and I had to show him they were not and the other girl said he used to do this and he then stopped talking. read more

This was absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. I have never met such an unprofessional staff. I never write negative reviews but the front desk receptionist Samantha, was awful to me and had me in tears after I asked a question for clarification. She cut me off while I was speaking and ripped off her mask to yell at me. The HR department of the hospital heard her yelling at me and apologized that I had such an awful experience. I hope no one who is a new hire or a volunteer like me, has to go to this place. I am in the medical field myself and always treat people with respect. I was polite the whole time I was there, and there was absolutely no reason for her to behave that way towards me for asking a question. I did exactly what I was told by the HR department. Not only did she yell at me and humiliate me in front of a full lobby of people, she yelled at another patient that also asked a question. He confronted her and told her she doesn't need to yell, that he can hear her just fine, and that he just wanted clarification. She made the experience miserable and I couldn't wait to leave, but it took 2.5 hours to be seen for the physical. Overall, I would rate this place 0/10 I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

1) This is an inefficiently managed clinic: they need to have their system evaluated for process improvement. They should consider using lean our another process improvement tool. 2) Staff also have rather poor customer service skills. No apologies for wait time and no empathy offered. Also, the doctor i saw was kind of creepy. My experience: waiting over 2 hours for a routine pre-employment exam which includes: urine drug test, lab draw, vitals, physician exam and a weight lifting exam. I've personally never had to take a weight lifting exam, but I'm told it requires 10-15 minutes and there is only one staff member present to conduct the test. The actual productive time I've spent in the past two hours had taken less than 15 minutes. Waiting more than 75% of the time for a non-results based service is less than sub standard. Honestly, if my old ER wad this slow, people would be dying in the waiting room. I'm not surprised their yelp score so pathetic. I'm very dissatisfied and will be encouraging my hiring facility to search for a different client to use for this service. read more

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!, i had doctor sorenson from 1995 to 2014, he had been giving me 3 norcos, 3 flexeril, 2 motrin, 1 ambien per day, in 2014 he got mad that i had not been in his office for over a year, he cut my medications in anger, and 2 days ago i choose to go back to see one of his other doctors and he was supposed to be excluded from seeing me, he walked into my room really wild eyed and asked what i wanted really rude in his behavior, and i said health care, he said wait a minute came back in and said he would only prescribe a celebrix due to his evaluation, that is equal to a motrin, and i am 5 times worse in mobility, this doctor has no compassion for his profession and only cares about money, and he will surely complicate my insurance as he did in the past, not to worry i trust the Lord with all my business unlike this doctor. read more

So I took it back to them 2 days later they made me wait 30 min.'s for that and again in a sealed envelope . took it into DMV the next day . Two weeks later I recieved my paper work back from DMV stating that they made several other mistakes and I would have to go back yet again. I've been waiting for over an hour to take a drug test and receive my TB test. Others in the waiting room have been waiting for over 2 hours. They only call 1 patient back every 30 minutes and the waiting room is currently PACKED. They won't allow me to pee in a cup even though I need to pee NOW. I understand having to wait for my TB injection, but making me hold my pee for hours is pretty cruel. read more

I went to this facility for a pre-employment physical and drug screen. They kept me waiting in the lobby 45 minutes before calling me back to provide a urine sample. I was cramping and in pain as I came prepared to give them a urine sample. The other facilities: PAL, National Toxicology, and CVO never made me wait past 15 minutes. The medical assistant destroyed my vein collecting a blood sample; furthermore, she ordered the wrong test to be performed. I had to return to give them another blood sample, so another medical assistant missed the vein in my left arm this time. I am in my early 30s, exercise five days a week, and run twice a week. My veins practically leap out of my arm without using a tourniquet. So if you like return frequently to a doctors office, waiting long past your appointment, and turned into a pincushion.
