I…read morecame onto service in February of this year but in June, Manuel picked up on a few pain issues that were not been addressed by the team during prior assessments. He moved forward with back xrays and noted on an incidental finding of what appeared to be a liver lesion extending to surrounding structures. To think what this COULD have been, makes me shutter. This could have been liver or pancreatic cancer, which if found early, could have improved prognosis greatly. Luckily for me it turned out to be a liver cyst but Manuel's keen eye and dedication to leave no stone unturned is amazing. It truly shows his solid knowledge set and medical skills far superior to his peers across all specialties. I find myself in utter amazement of my care by this highly skilled professional

Did not wait too long before a seat became available. 10 minutes after that, I was called into one of the exam rooms. Overall, my visit totaled a little over an hour. A lot faster than I thought it would be. The doctor who helped me was terrific. The employee who had me conduct all the physical tests was cool. In fact, all the staff members who assisted me were quite nice and professional. Good job CVO!!

Not only was he very thorough and willing to educate, but it was also a very short wait every single time (if a wait at all.) Although the waiting room can look a little intimidating by the amount of patients, I was always in and out. The time I had during my appointments were utilized well and efficiently. I never had a bad experience with any of the staff here and I was always made to feel comfortable and had confidential privacy as well. I can say that after my treatment with both Dr. Romer and Dr. Heiss as well; I feel significantly better and feel equipped with more knowledge of how to avoid what led me here in the first place! He help me so much with the insurance part and tryed everything he could and im so greatful. John and Maria help and found us a really great transport team that took very good care of him in that 4 to 5 hr drive The facility is always very clean and helpful staff that help us allot just dont know everyone names but it was hard for me to visit but they always mad sure I got update on his care and how he is doing and made me feel so much better knowing he was in really great hand and with people that care.
