They did a great job of taking photos of everyone in our wedding, from our toddler niece to my wife's grandparents. They were patient, unobtrusive, taking photos of what happened not staging action shots. (They also took portrait shots of the wedding party and family.) My bride and I looked them over online, we both liked what we saw, we made an appointment and met with Ronnie to go over our options and to see if we wanted them to shoot our wedding. She explained what will be included, she took her time answered all of our questions, very friendly, relaxed, and down to earth. Their wedding packages are not free, nor are they cheap, but well priced compared to what other top studios charge. They arrived at our wedding, took great photos, had a good time, engaged with the guests but didn't interfere. They are a very real and down to earth couple, they are great if you want someone to take professional quality photos of your wedding as it happens, as well as taking beautiful portrait shots. They were professionally behaved, smiled, had fun, didn't take anything away from the ceremony or the party. They took pictures, did a great job, and I can't say how pleased my wife and I both are with them and their work. She responded quickly to…read moremy initial email and phone call, drove to meet me at a coffee shop near my home to go over her portfolio and photography packages, and was more than willing to answer questions by phone or email along the way. Joanna's photography style is all encompassing without being over bearing. She made the photography part of the day 100% non-stressful. Everything I wanted captured from our wedding was photographed without ever having to ask. She made clear that between her and her assistant, the day would be covered--there was no need to ever track down the photographer when you wanted something captured. Her hands-off, blend-into-the-scene style resulted in many quality candid shots. The day of the wedding I was already getting compliments from people on her style and work during the day. Her work on the standard church ceremony and family shots were beautifully done. I chose to let her choose what proportion to do as color vs. black and white, and was pleased with her selections. Given the number of pictures you get back, most series (vows, family, toasts, cake, etc) had both color and b/w pictures. Joanna was more than just accommodating of our winter wedding--she was excited for it! She did some recon the week before the wedding to find some great outdoor locations and good snow cover and lake shots to make the pictures the day of the wedding perfect, without having to hunt for them the day of. She left the choice of going outside entirely up to us, and was willing to stay outside and trek through the snow for as long as we chose. I appreciated that the payment schedule is broken up in three, with money due on signing the contract, just before the wedding, and when the photographs are completed. We had our photographs finished and delivered to us within 4 weeks of the wedding. We do not have our photographs in digital or online format, which seems to be more of a concern for out of town family looking to order than it is for us. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work, especially for the low price we paid.

We were referred to Unscripted Love Films from some other videographers who were already booked, and we're so glad we ended up with Wonya and this company. From the beginning, Wonya cared about OUR story and doing it justice. While he was two hours away in Milwaukee, he was happy to come film our day in Northwest Indiana, didn't charge for travel and worked with us to create a package and payment plan that were perfect for us. One thing we loved is how good his audio was. Some videographers just capture images, not the words, and knowing how much thought we had put into our ceremony and how much we wanted to remember the toasts from our friends and family, great audio was important to us. Then the flexiblity and courtesy just went from there. He and his wife (the second videographer) stayed longer at our reception to show us a one-minute edited video so we could see how the footage was turning out. And we got our videos SO fast after the wedding. Nothing went wrong, and everything went right. In terms of the studio, the place is very cozy and the "dressing room" area even features R+Co Hair Products which are awesome! Tyler and Mary were/are such a great couple and photographers! It was the best decision to hire them and have them capturing all the special moments with their magical touch and sense of art! You can tell by just talking to them that you're talking to right people and LOOK no more and no further for any other photographers.
