    Just got my dress back today and so disappointed. I sent in my beautiful veil that had little pearls on it. The way it is displayed you can't even see how beautiful it is. I also sent in the belt. Instead of just displaying it nicely around waist, it's wrapped over so the ugly ribbon is haphazardly around the waist with the decorative part of the belt up under where the breasts would be. It looks so stupid and tacky. Basically $200ish down the drain. It was better off sitting in the closet hidden. I can't put this on display anywhere in my home. It looks awful. I am so bummed.

    I paid $20 to have my wife's name and our wedding date put on the front of the box and it came back misspelled. The shipping label was correct, the billing slip was correct, and I made sure to write her name in neat print on the order form TWICE for safety, so how did the name come out wrong??? Update: they offered me a refund or to send it back with the correction so I appreciate that.

    I ordered a kit from Bed, Bath, and Beyond to have my dress cleaned and preserved. I figured for about $135, it wouldn't be too bad to have my wedding dress cleaned and boxed. I was a bit skeptical to mail out my dress to a different state, but this place was super highly rated on theknot's website. I took a whim packing up my wedding dress in the provided plastic bag and taped the box shut. I included the attached mailing label, dropped it off at FedEx, and received my dress back within a couple weeks. I did not have any issues with damaged packaging or dress sliding out of place in the box. From what I can see, it looks good. However, my dress in general was pretty clean (no food/drink stains) except for my photoshoot on the beach. So the hem and train was pretty dirty with sand, but I didn't break the seal to check the dress. Personally, I wish they had my dress sit a bit lower to show the lace halter since the rest of my dress had very simple and light beading. I assume they probably use the same generic "body" and others ladies' dresses probably have more elegant parts of the gown to show off. I also don't care of the piece of ribbon across the front with the logo, but I assume it helps to hold the dress up in place. All in all, this was an easy and lazy way for me to get my dress sent out, cleaned, and boxed. I don't plan on passing it on since I'm sturdy 5' tall, but I did pay a pretty penny for it and would like to have to option of doing so. Having it in the box makes it really easy to store and forget about it.

    Please DO NOT use this horrid company. I think all the positive reviews are fake and in violation of Yelp policy. They are a scam. I am going to file a claim if they don't refund me completely. My dress came back with a HOLE in the front of the gown. They had the audacity to mark that the results were GOOD on the inspection label. If you all had your dress delivered just check and open the seal and see what damage they did. You can never get in touch with a real person through customer service either. I am so sorry I did this and I am heartbroken that my dress is damaged. It looks okay in the box but unwrap it to see all the damage they've done and hidden so well. They are awful awful.

    I had found a deal from David's bridal for gown preservation. I had no idea it was through this company. Should have done more research. But I recently received my dress back and it looks like the job was done rushed and unprofessionally. The dress is lopsided in the box, even after I upgraded my options. I left a voicemail with them and sent an email, but a week later no response. I am terrified to open the sealed box to find out the actual condition of the dress, and trying my hardest being patient until they get back to me. GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

    Literally horrible, seriously the worst customer service and quality. First my gown arrives damaged and with a significant hole in the not just the shipping box, but the preservation box as well, which renders the cleaning and preservation useless. There are cardboard pieces floating around inside and obvious missing rhinestones. Also the dress has been stretched across the fake bust, which will definitely ruin the size of it if I ever want to wear it for a vow renewal. This was NOT explained in any of the descriptions of the preservation process or final outcome. My dress was also wet in spots upon arrival; it was NOT raining when it was delivered, and I recieved it immediately. Further, it took 3 WEEKS and the involvement of David's Bridal Corporate to get a response from Memories Gown (5 business days after David's Bridal made a claim to them). Meanwhile, my dress is sitting here in its damaged state. They said they would make me a return shipping label to send it back and re-clean & preserve, and read out my email address letter by letter to confirm it was correct to send the label, then said "have a good day" and hung up before I could respond or ask to wait on the line for confirmation of getting the email. NO LABEL EVER CAME, not in my spam, "social," or "promotions" tab, literally nothing. It has been a week now since this phone call, and I have tried all methods of contacting them to get this return label, but at this point, I think I should just call David's Bridal customer service for a refund, and submit a damages claim with UPS and try somewhere local. Truly a terrible experience, especially for something that is so sentimental, expensive, and supposed to be wonderful. My family, like many others, really broke their backs and pinched every penny to help me and my now-husband make this wedding happen and get the dress of my dreams. I really hope it's not ruined forever.

    Sloppy packaging job. The box also appears to have had a rough trip.

    Purchased the kit from Davids Bridal. The process could not have been easier and the quick turnaround was amazing. However, it does appear the quite a bit I beading/pearls were removed. But it's hard to tell because the packaging job is ridiculously sloppy. I can't really see the top of my dress, which has lovely appliqué straps, because of the way tissue paper was placed. Good price, it looks clean, but the packaging is terrible, not worth displaying. I haven't reached out to customer service yet. Not sure if it's worth sending back.

    Looks like the delivery was a little rough.

We appreciated this laundry being here, but it's expensive and also ate a bunch of our money. And I mean ate. And I mean A BUNCH. LIke, they owe us ten dollars. Jerks. That was a real downside because we don't have that much money to set aside for laundry - especially not with what's going on with the virus. There's no attendant at night and they make you buy a card to access the stuff, and then all kinds of messed up stuff happened with the machine and caused us to have to spend literally about $21 instead of $11. If you take too long with your transaction then the machine will literally eat your money and keep it. And there is no way of getting it back unless there's an attendant here. We found that pretty obnoxious.

    I have been coming here for about 8 months now. Either it be a drop off of scrubs for work or a…read morequick wash myself. First, I will like to speak about the atmosphere. It is super clean! Restrooms are always up to par. I've never seen lingering lint, nor trash sitting around. This surprised me as it is a laundromat that quickly accumulates lent/dust. Second, the customer service is very well respectful and rounded. I was honestly a little lost the very first time coming in as I brought a bag of quarters. The facility is conveniently ran off of a card system, meaning, you add your needed amount directly onto a Laundry card from your debit/credit card. This made me feel safe and more aware of what was being spent. My very first visit someone walked me through every step to ensure I fully understood what I was doing. This was a nice start off. I had a small issue previously, called the facility at 06:00AM (when I noticed the issue), and the owner respectfully answered. I was calling to leave a message due to the early call, but to my surprise, the owner answered and handled my minor issue immediately. Nice and friendly service. I always feel welcomed and safe. I will continuously visit this location as it is a great Houston location for us all. Shout out to the friendly staff We appreciate everything you all do!
