It was expressed to us by the company we utilized for unloading that the piano had not been packed properly which we also confirmed with a piano repair shop. I have waited to write a review with hopes that Mike would work with us to come to a solution. That is not the case and I am here to at least help other consumers. Affordable Movers is not a company I would trust nor recommend to anyone due to how I was treated during discussions as well as the lack of accountability.
