Everything looked great until the end of the first night when my son noticed the grounding pin had been broken off in the charging cable. The first and second night it charged fine. The morning of return pickup we noticed the unit had not totally charged. I made sure meet the rental staff when they picked it up to inform she. She frankly immediately copped an attitude and said she would charge us for the cord and also for not having the unit charged up on pickup. She indicated we should have called immediately when we noticed. Bottom line, I understand both sides, but we were honest and felt like we were accused of lying. I don't care about the extra charges if warranted, but we didn't damage the cord. They provide great carts. My suggestion? Double check everything and pester the crap out of them if anything is not working. They deserve 5 stars, but copped an attitude. We're not all stupid tourists....

With the weather conditions the way they were, I am not surprised by the issue we had. They had to pick it up three times, so the second and third time they did not charge me for pick up or labor. I do not blame them for not noticing the true problem right away because the cart would run great for a week or two and just stop. i.e. when they made the first repair they ran it at their shop for 3 days with no problems, same with the second time. I also couldn't give them a good description of the problem because it would randomly stop and go for no reason. Point is they stood behind their work and help me until it was fix.

We filled out the paperwork that night and Bob had us a cart by 10a.m. the next morning. The cart was an electric Revo cart. On our second day, I ended up thinking I let the battery go dead, Bob was quick to respond /come and charge it using a generator. But after all it was not dead but 75% charge left in battery. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. The pricing was comparable to the going rate for peak season. They give you all the info you'd need for the cart and are very friendly. Our cart was brand new and ran great. It's an easier way to get around a busy little area and especially a good way to get to and from the beach with all your families gear.
