I appreciate any business that contacts their customers and takes these issues seriously. Thank you Lalla's. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I only come to Lala's but today will be my last. The tech who did my chrome full set manicure in the front was very rude. I am so nice to everyone and she just didn't want to be there. Bad attitude just because I was asking questions. I don't get my finger nails done often. She cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed, used a large and painful tip on the drill. She didn't apologize for making me bleed and then when my nail accidentally bumped the nail dryer she loudly said "UGH!" And Rolled her eyes. So embarrassing. I have never been treated this poorly by a nail tech. I was still nice enough to tip her but I shouldn't have. She has ruined this salon for me. I expect Lala's to hire much nicer people for the prices they charge. I'm so upset. The nails look okay I guess. I just wanted to hurry and leave. We paid $98 for two solar full sets and was charged extra for my daughters for length. When we left we put our hands together and our nails we the exact same length? I will be going back because there was nothing wrong with the service but would like to see a clear price description. I had gotten to the establishment early and had been here for a good 45 minutes prior to this older couple coming in. It was not packed whatsoever it was about 3 people including me before the couple came. I had been sitting down enjoying my pedicure and all of a sudden these two techs come and watch the lady doing my toes and just communicating back and forth and I'm not sure why but whatever was being said, it concluded in me having to move seats mid appointment, with my toe nails still wet from the nail polish. Me and the tech were forced to transfer seats so this couple could sit together when they could've easily sat them in the seats that were to the left of me or they could've sat in front of me. To me it was just unfair and unprofessional that they made me move when I had been there 40-45 minutes prior to them coming, there was no need for us to move when there was more than enough available seats for them to sit together.
