I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.

I had gotten to the establishment early and had been here for a good 45 minutes prior to this older couple coming in. It was not packed whatsoever it was about 3 people including me before the couple came. I had been sitting down enjoying my pedicure and all of a sudden these two techs come and watch the lady doing my toes and just communicating back and forth and I'm not sure why but whatever was being said, it concluded in me having to move seats mid appointment, with my toe nails still wet from the nail polish. Me and the tech were forced to transfer seats so this couple could sit together when they could've easily sat them in the seats that were to the left of me or they could've sat in front of me. To me it was just unfair and unprofessional that they made me move when I had been there 40-45 minutes prior to them coming, there was no need for us to move when there was more than enough available seats for them to sit together.
