I'm not sure if these older reviews are from previous owners or what, but I had the best experience here. Yuki, one of the owners, did my manicure, and her attention to detail was exceptional. She showed me several color options, listened to exactly what I wanted, cleaned under my nails, and thoroughly cleaned my cuticles, something I haven't had done at a nail salon in a very long time. She mentioned that she and her husband own the salon, and it really shows in the care they put into their work. My pedicure was great as well. They never tried to upsell me, pressure me into add ons, or overcharge. Their pricing was very fair, and the service was outstanding. I've been getting manicures and pedicures for years, and this was honestly one of the best if not the best salon experiences I've ever had. Don't let the old reviews discourage you. I am not very experienced in having artificial nails. I am a lifelong nurse, and the few times I have had them done, they destroyed my nails in the process. I went to have my nails done at Citrine because my son was getting married, but I went in on the defense and explained I wanted to have pretty nails for the weekend, and not have my own nails destroyed. Moon to the rescue. She made my nails beautiful, and along with my wonderful pedicure, I felt pampered. She also took care to leave my own nails as intact as possible, so when the fake nails came off, my nails weren't so bad. The most important part of this??? She listened to what I wanted! I got a pedicure and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! But I felt like the women that did my nails rushed. There are clumps of acrylic under my nails that I cannot get off, the nail art was rushed so the lines don't even connect, and two of my nails are crooked. Especially with paying $125 for a basic pedicure and nail set i was not impressed. I will not be going back for nails but might go back for my pedicure. read more

Well.. I honestly wanted to love this place. It is on my way, close and convenient. The prices are fair BUT what I got done, I was truly disappointed. The design I asked for was simple but it turned out terrible! It looks like something I could of done myself and not spent so much money on. I really like this place. They do a good job, especially Emily. But I've been there 4 times now and 3 of those times it was 15 or more minutes past the time they are supposed to open and there was just no one there. It's really annoying and has caused me to go elsewhere. Also, the last time I got the pedicure with massage the guy who did it basically punched me in the back really hard repeatedly instead of massaging. It was bizarre and painful. read more

This was my first visit here. I was not very pleased with my service. When I first told them I wanted to remove the acrylic that was already on they removed carelessly with another fake nail that ripped my nail very short. Then when a customer walked in that was a regular I got pushed aside and had to wait on another technician while the person who started with me took the regular right away. Not one word was spoken to me and I did not feel welcome. Upon final cost the paint looks dripped and not clean and smooth. Will not be coming back. Save your money. Awful pedicure experience. Don't waste your time coming here for a relaxing experience. Did not use any product on my feet, except a small amount of oil. The guy is really rough and the shoulder massage was so uncomfortable! Place was not clean. Toenails all over the floor by pedicure chair.
