During the service, Memo Jr found two areas that were leaking water. I was having to fill the pool almost every other day. It turns out the automatic water fill had roots in it, indicating a broken pipe. I was able to put a plug in that outlet. Also found a leak in the pool where the tile is, and I was able to repair it myself. The pump has been running for two days now and I havent lost a drop. Memo even said one of my fence posts was broken and would fail at any time, and told me how to do a quick fix. I can recommend Memo and sons 110%.

After finally being able to get an appointment, we are told that they don't have the parts and they'll have to come back. They say their office will schedule an appointment when the parts come in. Did we get a call? No. We had to call multiple times for follow up. Eventually we asked about getting an upgraded pool heater... Everything was great while we were showing interest in spending money. Make a call and someone was dispatched to the house to make sure we had everything taken care of. Kevin was knowledgeable and obviously had a lot of experience. Lance helped a few times and even though he wasn't a great communicator, we figured as long as the work was done right, everything was fine. Last summer we spent thousands of dollars getting a new heater installed. It's the largest available because of the size of our pool (just for a cost estimate to keep in mind). This summer we go to turn on the heater and it won't turn on. We called KLM and after being asked if we already have a regular service with them and saying we didn't, we are told we would get a call back since it was the weekend... did we get a callback? No. Tuesday we call and are again told we would get a callback. Did we? Of course not. After finally making 5 calls during the week we are out on hold to speak to someone. So basically customer service is at its best as long as you're going to be spending money. If you aren't a regular customer and don't show interest in upgrading pool equipment, you're most likely not going to get the customer service you deserve. I put a lot of faith in Kevin because he seemed to be a no-nonsense person who would treat customers how he would expect to be treated if he had issues with his own equipment. I can't help but feel completely duped. If Lance comes out and tells you that they'll call back for a follow up, THEY WONT. You have to call this company multiple times to even get acknowledged that you need help. Unfortunately for the residents in this area, there aren't too many pool companies to choose from. Sure enough, after some treatment, the pool finally started to get back into shape and finally looked as good as new (see before and after picts). Green to Clean wasn't the only reason that our HOA picked Balance Pool Care. After interviewing a few pool vendors, it was clear that Alex knew more then the others and noticed details that need to be addressed that the others didn't catch. Commercial pricing is a challenge, but Alex is taking good care of our pool and making sure that everything is in proper working order. A HUGE thank you to Victor and his excellent team over at Prime Pool Service!! (This is a long…read morereview, but they certainly earned their five stars -- here's why!) We got our pool installed a few years ago. There is one caveat to our situation -- we live in a rural area and we are on a well. Being on a well has come with its own set of challenges like keeping the metal low, our waters reaction to chlorine etc. We thought we were in good hands with our original service provider, but we were NOT. They started to neglect our pool and skip important appointments. They had us buying and adding in chemicals ourselves. We expressed our concerns and showed them photos of the changes in the water. They did nothing!! Once he finally made his way out to the job site, the damage was done. Our old provider flat out refused to help fix the situation. He insisted the swamp was unavoidable because we have 'bad water'. He left us with the before picture you see in that photo. It was a DISASTER. We were left with a filthy pool and nowhere to turn. A friend had excellent things to say about Prime Pool Service and said we should give them a try. I called Victor and talked to him on the phone. Right away I could tell how invested he was in his jobs and caring for his customers. He made it a point to come out to us quickly. He got to work and set us up with a plan to get our pool back. He got the pool pumped and started cleaning it out and had it sparkling like new in no time. He even went the extra mile and did an additional treatment just to make sure that our pool had zero stains. Our pool truly looks like the first time we filled it and we could not be more grateful!! Just look at those photos! Since then, Victor has maintained the pool wonderfully. He is on top of everything, he checks in with us often. He's always monitoring our water and making sure to adjust where necessary. He truly cares about what he is doing and making sure that his clients can enjoy their investment.
