One time I fell on a concrete storefront and told him about it, he checked out my hands and said you didn't fall you passed out, if you would of fell you would have scratches on your palms. He said call your Dr when you get home. With that he excused himself and came back telling me l have an appointment with Dr. C. He also diagnosed my thyroid cancer Dr. Ghawji saved my life 2 times. They are all really good. I have called several times for a prescription refill and never get a call-back nor refill. Whenever I call back, she is argumentative and insulting. I have encountered this three times over the years and I have come to the conclusion that I am DONE. At this time I will be moving on to another endocrinologist. I will truly miss Dr Ghawji. The only down side is the wait time both times I waited about an hour and a half in a room to speak with my doc. I'm very patient so this doesn't really brother me but it can for some people. I know they have a ton of patients to deal with and things can get crazy but it's good to let patients know what's going on as well. Also trying to get in touch can be fairly difficult, my advice is to just keep calling and they will teach out or answer as soon as they can. Over all I'm glad to get help through this office.

The communication with the MA's is horrible. One literally just told me in my chart that they are understaffed and see 40 plus patients a day. She was irritated that i was requesting a follow up on my lab results and a much needed MRI order to be sent to radiology for my care. Then she proceeded to attempt to correct me when i messaged earlier about the MRI stating "I never said it was sent. I said i would send it". Really? It's been a week and you want to correct me? It has not been sent!!! It's been a week and nothing gets done unless i follow up and continue to ask. And i waited a week before even asking about the MRI in order to be patient. If i don't advocate for myself who will? Not good customer service at all.

I was handed medication by an office manager and asked to take it, which immediately made me uncomfortable. I spoke with the physician directly to express my concerns about the level of care and professionalism I was experiencing. Now I'm at the hospital needing testing done, but the office staff still cannot seem to get the orders entered correctly so the hospital can actually perform the test. I've now been waiting for over 2 hours trying to get this resolved. I really tried to give grace and be understanding, but at this point I think it's time for me to find a new physician. Your health, peace of mind, and trust in your medical team matter too much to ignore when something doesn't feel right.

He was attentive, truly listened, and consistently responded to messages within 24 hours. When I tried other clinics, I realized how exceptional his care was. Recently, I returned to BMG but had to see Dr. Ongsingco as Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Dr. Ongsingco seems disinterested, rushes through appointments, and takes nearly a week to respond to messages, if he responds at all.
