They make every trip there a pleasure and you can't help but leave with a smile, even if you didn't want to make a trip to get the right size screw or color of caulk. Thank you to all of them for always being so friendly and knowledgeable, for being a constant reminder of the small-town atmosphere of STMA, and for having a really wonderful selection of products in a convenient location. Within seconds of making eye contact I was helped, led to my product, paid and out the door. If I lived in the area I'm sure I would be a regular. There were some interesting impulse items in clear eye view on the way out but my resistance held up and I avoided buying what I really didn't need.

Disappointed!!! I…read morepurchased a grill at Lowes, Maple Grove, that was supposed to come fully assembled and be delivered to my home. However, the grill arrived not fully assembled. We had planned a gathering at our home and expected to use the grill today, but that was not possible due to the condition in which it arrived. When I called the store, the only solution offered was to have the grill picked up and replaced with a fully assembled one on the next available delivery date, Saturday, 3/28/2026. I understand that mistakes can happen, and this would not have been a major issue if I didn't have plans for today. Unfortunately, because of this situation, I had to go out and purchase another grill from a different store in order to proceed with our planned event.
