Don't use them if you're having prescriptions mailed. They're sloppy, didn't confirm my mailing instructions and not particularly concerned about customer service. So they mailed my expensive prescriptions to the wrong address and then said "tough luck" when I didn't get them and charged me! I move around for work, so every time I call them they get a new address. Do't you think they could put that in their system? And can you imagine just kissing a customer goodbye "okay, if you don't like it don't use us any more." Whatever. There are a ton of compounding pharmacies that will want my $150 every month! read more

This pharmacy has to be the best in Albuquerque. I recently was in town for a procedure and Menaul Compounding Pharmacy took care of my compounded prescriptions with care and terrific service. I have worked with Menaul Pharmacy for many years. I have found the pharmacists knowledgeable, capable, helpful and speedy. They truly will go the extra mile to help their clients. They want to work with you and help you with your problems. I think they are best known for their knowledge of compounding hormones for peri and menopause management, but they have helped my husband with chronic pain issues. I went to go and pick up my prescription. There is no proper signage on the register that states there is required face coverings. The pharmacist on duty came out and started screaming at me and my little sister that we needed to put on face masks, when we did not immediately respond he decided to get louder and get even more mean and rude.. and told me that "it was his law" that I had to wear a mask. I was literally grabbing my prepaid prescription and leaving. He kept insisting on yelling and degrading me in front of other customers. I will never go here again and I highly recommend anyone else boycotting this place who clearly thinks they can force whatever they want onto people. Super rude, unprofessional. If they didn't like the fact we did not have masks on they should of not unlocked the door and let us in. read more

Multiple times they have mixed up the hormones I needed, filling the wrong prescription. This last one takes the cake. The doctor called in the prescription. When we called the next day to see if it was ready they didn't have it. The doctor called again. Again, when I called they said they didn't have it. I insisted she had called just a few hours ago, they sent me to the tech. The tech said they didn't have it. She gave me to the pharmacist. The pharmacist then sent me back to the tech, instructing the tech to look at the prescriptions that hadn't been put in the system. She found it. In going in the next day, the cash register person said it wasn't ready yet. So I waited for them to compound it. Then she brought me an old prescription. I told her that wasn't it. Finally she looked at where the filled prescriptions were and found it. I certainly don't have much confidence it's been filled right! read more

I have a 7 year old daughter with a rare bone disease. She started having extreme pain and orthopedic surgeons and emergency room doctors couldn't figure out how to manage her pain short of a morphine drip. We were beside ourselves with our daughter having to writhe in pain and being unable to help her. I mentioned it to Whitney at this pharmacy and she spoke to Mohammad who told us to try giving her Gabapentin. My daughter's doctor prescribed it to her and Mohammed was right - it was like putting "ice on the fire". She was miraculously pain free with that medication. She no longer has to take it but I am so grateful Mohammad was able to find an option for her that none of the doctors could. I will be forever grateful to the staff at Menual Compounding Pharmacy and Whitney for solving the problem. They know pharmaceuticals and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend them! read more

This place is the worst!! If I could give them a zero I would. I have tried to work with this place for a few months and no one is ever nice. They are rude and disrespectful. They make the ordering process impossible. I am paying lots of money every month for my prescription as it is not covered by insurance so I will be taking my money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. read more

The staff and pharmacists were very nice and helpful. I didn't even know this place existed until my doctor told me about it. They have many of the common drug store products, but also an entire section of medical aid products like wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.. I really enjoy using local when possible, and this is a mom and pop place that really cares. read more

This is a great local pharmacy. You can find things that other chain pharmacies don't carry. They offer generics and you can save a lot if money. They even deliver your medications free of charge. I strongly recommend you give them a try. Is just for medications; they don't sell other things you get at the big pharmacies. read more

I have used this pharmacy three times now moving due to several bad experiences with Walgreens. Every time I've gone in the pharmacist takes the time to ask me how I'm doing asked me how I'm feeling and make sure my prescription is correct and make sure I understand how to take everything. He is professional and courteous and every time I go in my prescription is already ready.it is refreshing to be treated like a person and not a number. read more

I have liked the people at the pharmacy and have done business for years there, but I was very disappointed when I bought some compression stockings yesterday, and it seemed the sales person had know idea of the product, what I needed to have a good pair, and on top of that sold me a pair that I could not return (stamped on the receipt). Of course I got home, they were too small, and now I just feel dumped on for $35 with a product that doesn't do anything for me, because the staff there had no idea of the products they sold. read more

I've been coming here for a while it was always just okay. Never any mistakes. It can be busy but they still work really hard to get everyone taken care of. Today there was a new girl that helped me. Owner arrogant, rude, irresponsible. Refused to fill a compounded prescription which had been phoned in by my doctor nearly 24 hours before I stopped to pick it up. Inconvenient hours. Received a call from my doctor and the pharmacy yesterday stating the prescription had been called in. They hadn't even STARTED compounding the meds when I stopped to pick up the next morning! Owner is belligerent and confrontational and refused to fill the prescription Never use again! read more

This is a great little pharmacy. I have been getting bio-identical hormones there for 4 years. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and takes his time to help me whenever I have a question about my hormones. I have found the owner and staff very friendly and accomodating. read more
