Great frozen yogurt spot in our area - this was my first time to Menchies and I was not disappointed. Solid flavor variety, they have a dulce de leche that is my favorite now. They have all of the standard toppings you'd find at a frozen yogurt spot, but they also have mochi as a topping, and I'm stoked about this because mochi and cold treats go together so well. My last froyo spot stopped stocking mochi as a topping and I was so upset - excited to have that option back! This location was very tidy and well kept - the topping station was nice and tidy as well which isn't always the case as people come and go all day dropping stuff all over the counter. I went into menchies today and I was greeted so kindly by this nice girl she said her name was Avery she had gave me a bowl and I was going through the line but the machine of the froyo I wanted had broke and she im got right on it and was so kind and helpful i was very impressed!!! If you want to go somewhere that has garbage customer service and will make your child cry look no further! When you want to buy froyo and their card reader goes down as you're trying to check out they'll say you have to pay cash (who carries cash??) then throw away the frozen yogurt in front of your kid. If it's going to be thrown away anyway and it's YOUR machine's error why not let the freaking kid have it? Bad customer service, extremely wasteful, and terrible employees. read more

It's a typical Menchie's as far as selection and toppings but the service here is always welcoming and helpful! If I ever have a question about flavors or ingredients, the staff are enthusiastic to help and always offer me the option to sample a flavor. We stopped in despite the negative reviews and had a great visit. Steven, the employee at the counter was fast, friendly, and helpful. Everything was great quality wise, and the tables, food area, and the store in general were all clean and organized. The coffee, blood orange, and coconut frozen yogurts were outstanding. I love Menchies! They have great dairy free sorbet! The toppings are incredible! Chocolate covered Oreos, lots of delicious syrups! The staff is friendly too! Go early though! If you go to late all the good stuff is gone! I recommend going soon after they open at 11am. read more

My mom and I went here for the first time a couple of nights ago. We loved our frozen yogurt creations. We liked the different options for the yogurt and the toppings. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the staff. Two ladies working were to busy chatting to each other then checking us out. The lady that did check us out seemed to have an attitude. We ate in and as soon as we sat down and there were no more customers the two ladies disappeared into the back. While we were there a family came in and it took one of the ladies a long time to come out of tge back to help the family and as soon as they left she went back into the back. I enjoy coming to this location due to the many selections of flavors and options, specially the cheesecake bites. I came in 20 minutes prior to closing. I simply asked the worker if he could grab some more bites since there wasn't any. He told me no, that they were closing soon. I even offered to wait or take my cup because I specifically came for the bites. Even then he refused to get me some cheesecakes stating well you did come in close to closing so it's your fault you came so late. I mean this is a place of business regardless of what time I come in or the many customers that came in after me, the product should be available. The staff at Menchie's did not have a welcoming attitude or were overall not very engaging with costumers. The staff were either in the back most of the time or talking to each other even though I'm trying to check out. Also one of the female staff basically refused to answer a simple question which was how much is it an ounce? And she said " just fill your cup up and I'll weight it". But that's not answering my question. I understand it's a new store but it only takes a minute to say " I'm sorry I'm not to sure let me check and confirm on what the price is with my manger". The store needs to work on cleaning and I mean like the outside tables had yogurt on them, the drip trays were dirty, and the spoons to get toppings either had yogurt on them or did and there were toppings stuck to the bottom. read more

Extremely disappointed with my experience here today. Staff were unfriendly and did not want to answer any of my questions. I ignored it because they might of had a rough day so I got my froyo and left, BUT this is probably the worse part. The yogurt tasted as if they were dumping water into the machines, it was very watery and had a bland taste and that's concerning especially because I got chocolate and that shouldn't be bland at all. Over all I'm very disappointed and will not be recommending people to visit this store. read more

I am all for businesses re-opening during Covid but no one's in there wearing masks, please not in the same party standing shoulder to shoulder serving themselves. Also the toppings are still out self serve for those same maskless people to breathe on.
