They have a traveling froyo truck that will come to your neighborhood during COVID-19! My neighbors are doing all the work for me and arranging for food trucks to come to our neighborhood. All I have to do it put it on my calendar and show up. These are the best type of neighbors. The froyo truck parked in my neighbor's driveway and was there between 4 p.m. an 7 p.m. on a Wednesday. We could come any time during those hours. Froyo for dinner? Yes, please! The workers wore masks and there were cones on the ground to mark six feet apart. Still, with a window of three hours, we didn't have to wait in line. We saw neighbors coming and going, but we kept our distance. For $5 you get a cup of froyo and two toppings. For a dollar extra you could get homemade ice cream. Anything homemade captures my attention so I went for it. I got half peanut butter fudge and half salted caramel with butterfingers and reeses pieces for my toppings. Like I said, it was my dinner so I wanted all the calories! It did not disappoint. Medicore to the max!! I can get better froyo from a multitude of places across the bay. Someone from the business reached out to me on IG and specially asked if I would bring my Mom friends and their kids in for some treats. I said sure, we'll come spend our money at your business. The group I came in with was a total of 12 people, moms and kids. The two staff helping us were super friendly when it was just us inside the froyo Shoppe. Then for some strange, weird reason, one of the employees started discriminating against us when another customer walked in. It was super bizzare and very inappropriate considering we had spent about $50 as a collective on some below par froyo. I actually reached out to the person about how we were treated and she justified her and her staff's actions because "they turned the tv on for the kids". I went through the drive-thru and since no one was behind me, I decided to really take a good long look at the menu, it had so many options and tasty sounding toppings. I love that it has a small felling but plenty of variety on the menu. I opted for the acai raspberry bowl with pineapples, strawberries, chia seeds, and granola on top. It was a great price and pretty tasty. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because the fruit didn't seem as fresh as it could have been, I believe the pineapples were canned but overall the bowl was good. The woman at the window was so sweet and answered all my questions in a friendly manner. She made sure to put the bowl together exactly how I wanted and it was still very quick. I love love love coming here! I always grab a pup up for my moms dog. Because I normally am on the way to her house when I get some. And they are always extremely friendly. I brought my son and nephews here for boba and ice cream after school and they really enjoyed it too. I do wish they had original boba more. We had the delight of visiting Froyo last week for the second time after many years. It didn't disappoint! The same fabulous yummy Yogurt with adorable upgrades to the shop. The staff were delightful, however, our experience was tarnished by a very ugly encounter with a nasty woman complaining about complying with a mask request. I felt so bad for the young staff trying to navigate a very uncomfortable situation. With Florida having the highest number of COVID cases, and the epicenter of the entire country, every business owner should be implementing the most basic protection--masking. The onslaught of attacks & threats by this customer on the staff was truly appalling. We all have rights but when someone's "rights" have a direct impact on my life and safety and those of my loved ones, this can no longer be viewed as your rights. read more

It's really hard to mess up an ice cream shop. They have a ton of flavors of ice cream and Froyo. They also have milkshakes, smoothies, so many goodies. We've come here a few times and will continue to. They even have a deuce in windo, which makes getting a quick sweet treat super convenient. It is in a great location, in the Westchase Publix plaza. The only compliant (which I'm shocked to not see in any other reviews) is that the shop really needs a good scrub down. It just looks dirty, and needs to be updated. You can tell the floors haven't been scrubbed and the counter top hasn't been wiped in a long time. The floors, the walls, the decor- it definitely is heavily used and should have furniture that can support that use. Froyo is awesome! They change up their flavors almost every week. I love the amount of choices in toppings. They have a small children's area with little toys and a tv which I think is nice in case the parents want a break. I love how the owner personalized every inch of the decor with her daughters artwork and pictures (daughter is very young).
