10/10 from beginning to end! We ordered the Petite Family Pack for our daughters birthday party and let me tell you...it was a HIT! So much more interactive and fun than a regular Publix birthday cake (no offense Publix). The kids had a blast picking their ice cream flavor and topping it with M&M's, Oreo crumble, and Lucky Charms Marshmallows! The staff had our order ready for pick up and doing everything through the app makes it super easy! I wish I would have went for the Ultimate Family Pack because even the parents wanted to join in! Came back from a late night shift and HAD to have a milkshake, got there like three minutes before closing, fully expecting them to not be open so close to their closing time, not only did they help a girl out at the last moment, but did sell a smile and zero annoyance on that immediately before closing. I Love ice cream! I love Stone cold Ice cream cakes from NPR. When buying fantastic ice cream, i always look forward to a few key factors that have been mastered at Stone Cold. I visited with my children earlier this year for first time to get a late night birthday cake, instead we got different ice cream flavors-- a newly flavored strawberry ice cake and creative garnishing that really made us fans including our dogs with the doggy treats. On top of the delicious quality goods, these guys have only proven their product consistency, including the staff attention to customer service. Many years ago while on vacation, I had the best ice cream of my life. It was a temporary flavor at Ben & Jerry's called Coffee Heath Bar Crunch. I spent the next several years trying to recreate it at home or trying to get different ice cream shops to mix it up for me. Then I found Cold Stone Creamery. I tried Coffee Lover's Only and was in love! Mud Pie Mojo is also pretty good, but I didn't really like any of the other flavors I've tried there. Each member of my family has also decided that Cold Stone is their favorite ice cream shop, though we each prefer very different flavors. My youngest loves the Almond Silk Chocolate Ice Cream with Oreos. My husband loves the Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip. And my teenager loves Birthday Cake Ice Cream with M&Ms. My youngest and I are the adventurous members of the family who like to constantly try new things on a never-ending hunt to find the best. We have continued trying other ice cream shops and everything else pales in comparison to Cold Stone. It really is the best. Our runner-ups for delicious ice cream are Dairy Queen and (believe it or not) the Strawberry Sundae from the Costco Food Court. Lol. It is shockingly delicious :) read more

We have never been to Trinity, FL before. Our pediatrician just moved there from Palm Harbor and so this is where the new office is. The area is pretty new and very nice. The building is in a new strip mall. It's clean and smells delicious when you walk in. It's cold and a nice blast from the heat outside. The staff is friendly and services were wonderful. Prices were same as other but the quality was amazing!! I had the chocolate peanut butter specialty they have on their menu. To die for! Better than 31 flavor's PBCHOC ice cream! My son had sugar cookie which is a limited time flavor and loved it. They have just about every tipping you can think of. They blend it in the ice cream on a cold stone (hence the name) and its soooooooo good! We won't go often as its a drive from Oldsmar just for that but maybe Dr appts won't be so bad if they get this special treat afterwards. read more

I've been avoiding coldstone since I found out our daughter is allergic to dairy, but we had a friend in town that wanted it. I found online that they offer sorbet which is dairy free so figured we would give it a try. I added a comment about the allergy in my order. The sorbet was delivered with this note. Here's why it's two stars: First, the place was dirty...in fact they didn't even scrape the slab between making different bowls. There was open ice cream sitting on the back counter and the floor was filthy. The ice cream was good tasting, but you don't get very much for the price. Let me start by saying that I love cold stone and I only come to this one. I order multiple times per week and enjoy what I get..... with that said, the teenagers struggle in this place at night. There's no adult and the crowds are huge. The teens are doing what they can to keep up , but could seriously use direction and supervision from an adult. The location seems to be out of supplies frequently and I mean actual supplies not running out of an ice cream every once in a while. The line is out the door with no covid distancing and online orders half the time are never ready. All in all the ice cream is great , but the owner needs to chip in with these kids at night...... they are struggling!!!!!!! This was going to be a 1 star review, but the follow up and customer service by the owner/manager, Conrad, turned this around. I placed an online order for a large ice cream cake for 3 relative's birthdays over the weekend. I gave plenty of notice and even called the store to confirm they received the order after placing it online. The message on the cake was to be a simple "Happy Birthday". When I showed up to pick up the cake right before the party, much to my dismay the cake stated Happy Birthday and my first and last name. Not really sure what their cake decorator was thinking by deviating from the instructions that came with the order or why she nor anyone would think that someone would want the order placers first and last name to follow the standard Happy Birthday greeting. The poor high school aged girl at the counter tried to remedy the issue by wiping off my first and last name, however, it made the top of the cake worse. I was able to find an alternate cake in their ready made freezer section, but it wasn't the flavor of cake I had ordered and would not have the Happy Birthday message on it. It was a disappointment as we were celebrating 3 birthdays, but overall everyone enjoyed the cake. I mean who doesn't like an ice cream cake. The flavors and quality of cakes are never an issue here. Fast forward to today. When I called to speak to the owner/manager he was not in, but I received a call within 10 minutes from him. He apologized profusely and refunded me the amount I had spent on the cake. Such great customer service despite a bad first experience. Based on such great service, I'll still keep coming back for any cake and/or ice cream needs. I'll just make sure to double check before the day of pick up that the order is accurate. read more

Why wear a mask? Tonight, my family and I ventured out to Cold-stone wearing our masks with the hope of enjoying the novelty of leaving the house and going out someplace to get ice cream. After we ordered the ice cream, we noticed two workers behind the counter preparing it. Yes, they were wearing masks but wore them under their noses. I know sounds strange right? we thought so as well. The masks covered their mouths but that was it. It was almost as if they were saying "yes we are wearing masks but only because we were told we have to". I was really disappointed in this and their blatant disregard for the CDC specifications. The rest of the staff was completely covered, both mouth and nose which was strange because it was completely the opposite of the other two employees. What happened? Where was a manager? Do they only enforce this with some employees and not others? If you think you are safe going to Cold Stone think again. You might want to try going to Publix where you won't have to worry about someone pretending to wear a mask breathing all over your ice cream. read more

I love coming in here. It smells so good! I guess all of the ice cream has something to do with it, lol. The company allows customers to taste test different ice creams and customize ice cream toppings. They have a menu, but you can order your own concoctions! The Sweet Cream ice cream with Butterfingers and Reese Peanut Butter Cups is my favorite. The prices are sky high, so be prepared. It cost $5.18 for the cup of ice cream I got. Went in to Cold Stone tonight with some friends to order some take home ice cream sandwiches and some milk shakes. My friends were ordering together ahead of me and asked for milkshakes first and we ordered our ice cream sandwiches. The girl who helped us made them pretty quickly and then made our shakes. Meanwhile the boy who was helping my friends told them that they wouldn't make their ice cream sandwiches because the line was too long and that my friends should understand why they can't. I found this not only very rude and unprofessional to deny service to any paying customer while making your company look bad and also costing that company monetary gain? I'd have fired him on the spot. It was unbelievable. I walked out and couldn't believe what had just happened. Very disappointed with the service. How do you deny someone what it's your job to sell regardless of the size of the line?! We waited in line to order while everyone in front of us got what they wanted. Unbelievable read more
