First off, I have the best possible plan created from AAA and because of AAA I was never given an eta therefore I went frantically searching online and discovered Mendez Towing. I thank GOD for Mendez Towing! We were SO scared, as it was after 11:00 pm, all the lights went out around us and it was just us and darkeness! The driver estimated 30 mins but when I tell you that man arrived much less! I was astonished at how fast Mendez Towing arrived! As for the cost, he did not take advantage of being in a jacked up situation and was very empathetic to such ridiculous position we were in. Moises is the best person to call when in need of towing. I wasn't sure which place in Atlanta would be the best to go to, and I had worried that the process of getting a vehicle towed would be too much of a hassle, too expensive, or unnecessarily stressful. I found myself in a ditch this morning (trying to avoid an accident) So I called the owner and he was very responsive. He was to me within an hour. He was knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get me back safely on the road. His rate was $10 less than I had so instead of just taking my extra money he rode with me to the nearest gas station so I could get change. I would recommend Mendez Towing to anyone!!! read more
