Customer service roles come with thr basic expectation of respect. When that's missing, it creates tension that simply doesn't need to exist. What made the situation worse was the attempt to flip the narrative and got emotional afterward rather than acknowledge the issue itself. If you value being treated with basic courtesy while spending your money at a local establishment, I'd strongly recommend considering that before choosing this location.
