The dress still wasn't cut short enough, and the hem was uneven, so I was tripping over it all night. Yes, I brought the shoes I planned to wear, so she knew exactly where the dress needed to be hemmed. While the sides were taken in decently, she failed to properly adjust the rest of the dress afterward. She also left marks on the material and never mentioned it when I brought it up. I spoke with another alterations place afterward, and they told me the issues should have been addressed and would have been an easy fix. Unfortunately, by the time I found out, I was out of time because of how long this place took for such poor-quality work. To make things even more uncomfortable, when I picked up the dress, she casually mentioned that she had almost ruined it on two separate occasions. That's not something you want to hear after paying for alterations. I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Would come back and they really seem to know what they are doing. I can't say for sure price point wise if it's lower or higher but I believe it was very reasonable for what I needed as well as the speed. It's easy to find in the heart of the downtown area just a little away from the Main Streets. Street parking but there is a lot close by if you need to use it. Very convenient and right off the freeway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will say for bigger jobs you want to give them time and yourself. My alterations were fairly simple and minimal just as an FYI. Would come back again and I have a few items I need altered in my closet.
