    This place is disgusting smells like straight Mildew they have buckets all around the store catching water the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE we'll a male he told he was closing 15mins before to hurry up and get my crap as I asked questions he ignored me I will never go here again!

    Walked around the store for nearly 10 minutes w/ item in hand & no one greeted me or asked if I needed help... so I left

    I have not made a purchase here. I first came here a few months ago, found exactly what I needed. Stood in line. About 10 minutes go by without being greeted or told that I would be helped shortly. I got frustrated and walked out. They didn't seem to care. Today I Walked around the store for nearly 10 minutes w/ items in my hands & no one greeted me or asked if I needed help... so I left there were 2 females workers and 1 customer from what I could see. They have cute clothes but I have no idea how they stay in business operating like this. I get more greets walking into the dollar tree next door than I do at this location . A lil too snooty for this kinda job sorry baby girls. I understand if you're busy and you're multitasking helping other customers being at the cash wrap, answering phones but that's not what's happening here LOL If you don't like attitude and you like customer service I don't suggest you come here. If you have a bad attitude and expect customer service you definitely shouldn't come here because he will pop off on the slow or should I say nooo staff

    One Star is generous for this crap store. Liars and thieves. Stay away!! I could go on about being too cheap to run A/C in the building or old outdated dusty clothing which should have been a warning sign but I'll skip that and try to stay on point. Bought 2 shirts here 2 days ago. I throughly vetted the return policy with the clerk before I bought them. She said "yes, you Can return them as long as you do it within 7 days and you must leave the tags on and have a receipt. Seems fairly simple and clear enough. I'm willing to comply with that. They were the only 2 shirts in the entire store that would fit my purpose. (All of their stuff was cheaply made crap from China but that is why we go to these stores right). Instead of dragging the girlfriend in to see if it would fit, thought I'd buy them and try them on at home. The size was off (that China crap always runs too big or too small it seems) and the material was scratchy and uncomfortable. I left the tags on and put the receipt in my wallet. Today I tried to return them (only 2 days since purchase) and they refused saying that they only exchange and do not return. Liars and thieves!!!! (to be fair, they do have a sign behind the register that says "no cash refunds" but since I do not pay with cash, I pay with credit cards and because I was not asking for a cash refund but refund to my credit card, I expected them to refund like the clerk had told me she would just two days prior) The guy who told me he would not refund my credit card also refused to let me speak with the owner. He refused to give me the name of the manager and claimed that he was the assistant manager. He also refused to give me his name. (What line of business operates like that anyway?) Like I said, liars and thieves. He had a black eye (I swear it wasn't me) so it looked to me as if he has a habit of being less than classy in his dealing with customers and at least one person was as unhappy as I was. When I offered to call him a cop to explain the legalities of lying about refund policy to make a sale, he said fine but you have to wait outside ( it was 95 degrees at the time). I opted instead to go to my car and get a camera and take a few pictures. He didn't like that. (Liars and thieves usually don't like being outed) and turned his back to me saying you can't do that. You can't do that. (Maybe would have been easier to let me speak to the owner or manager don't ya think? And what public customer service rep is afraid to give their name or have their picture taken?...Thieves and Liars).. Then he whips out his camera to take my picture. (Sorry buddy I'm not doing dirty business so it won't bother me if you take my picture.) What a Freak! I'll just dispute the charge with my credit company. If that fails, I'll file this in small claims court. Not only would I prevail on the fraud part but also, if a business is going to refuse returns, it must be clearly stated at the entrance to the store. Most of all, you cannot lie about it to make a sale. #ThievesAndLiars

    Great selection on clothes. The manager was extremely helpful. The price for the clothes were cheap too which was a plus.

    They always have what I need. Nice staff and their helpful. Not everyone Carrie's the brands that they do.

    This place sucks they sell clothes from fallas at higher price and the shit is cheap even there there white shirts are thin don't go there

TLDR: Dress has sloppy and downright lazy alterations (see photos attached for their work so you can judge for yourself) The owner Shaker is condescending, rude and doesn't know how to run a business. I was initially quoted $75 for a hem but was told it would be $60 if I left a review. I come back the next day because of the price, location, the good reviews, and his confidence that he could do a good job. (Yes I do my research on the area before giving my business) I gave his associate the dress and let them know I needed the dress by October 27th which is a few weeks before the wedding. I told him I wanted the dress on that date just in case I needed more work done. I was assured that "this is an easy alteration and it would only need a day to work on it." His words not mine. I come back on the 27th and I'm noticing that the stitching on the bottom is completely wonky, lopsided, and some parts aren't even stitched correctly. (see attached photos and make your own conclusions. The work speaks for itself) I wish I had said something but I was trying to be ok with it. I show my friends the alteration and everyone has the same WTF expression at how bad the dress was. When I called, Shaker blamed a new employee and told me to bring it back. (Ok sure but this is YOUR business, YOU need to do quality control.) At the shop, he dismissed my concerns and acted annoyed when I said the entire hem needed redoing. I show him photos while he's looking at the dress and I tell him " I don't even know what's wrong with this (pointing at the stitching)" and he condescendingly tells me "yeah that's a stitch". Yes I know it's a stitch but why is it all zig zag and uneven? He tells me that this "is an easy fix" (his words again not mine) and they will fix the spots he sees. The whole bottom of the dress is messed up and he's trying to take the easy/lazy path out AGAIN. I tell him no the whole thing needs to be worked on and he grudgingly agrees and says ok but it's going to take some time. Once I get home I realize he said SHE will work on it. I call him and tell him I don't feel comfortable with the new employee working on my dress again if that's her idea of good work. I'd rather get a refund and get my dress back and go somewhere else. This is when he starts to raise his voice. The gist of our conversation: 1. Shaker: I'm working on this dress twice without charging you again and you already want a refund? (I just dropped off the dress again a few minutes ago so no work had been done yet. Also he's only working on my dress twice because HE messed up NOT because of something else needing alteration) 2. Shaker: You were the one who haggled for the price. (I didn't do any haggling. If me trying to leave the store after politely declining and him lowering the price as I'm leaving is haggling, then sure.) 3. Shaker: You should have looked at the dress before leaving. (Blaming ME for HIM not doing his job. I did look at the dress and tell him how bad the alteration was... but that's also YOUR job. It's YOUR business) I let them "fix" it anyway just to move on. I pick up the dress today (10/29) and it's... better. The stitching is more even but it's jaggedy and I'm noticing parts where the stitch doesn't even go through where it's supposed to go. I'm also now noticing new stains on the dress. (This dress is brand new with the tags on and has sat in it garment bag since it was received in the mail) Overall: The workmanship was poor, the customer service was unprofessional, and quality control seems nonexistent. I would not recommend this business.

I'm a regular there, so I've interacted with most of everyone at that location. I'd like to give a big thank you to Matthew and Jayden. Natalie as well. If customer service and product knowledge had a degree, they would all be metaphysical doctors in that realm. I've been to other locations that give united colors of Benetton energy, and thats cool and all, but generally when I come to 5.11 I'm on a mission for a particular item or nothing in particular at all. I just want to spend money and have someone not talk me out of it. 5.11 Riverside is that full send it button.     It was my first time in the store and Tim was a big help, answering all the questions I had and…read moremaking really good suggestions for additional gear I could purchase. I needed a good pair of boots, and Tim was patient while I tried on like a hundred different pairs to find the right ones. I only got the boots this time, but I notice all their other products seem like good quality, especially the shirts. I will definitely be back, and will ask for Tim every time!

    Attached to the Mission Inn and accessible from both the central/pool courtyard…read more of the hotel and the Riverside Pedestrian Mall, this simple boutique offers a few momentous of the historic Mission Inn. Magnets, T-Shirts, ball caps, the super cozy robes we enjoyed in our room as well as cute little gifts for kids. The boutique isn't as crammed full of "stuff" as I remember from previous times I've visited. This would be the closest thing to a hotel "sundry shop". Nice and clean, helpful staff and the magnet I purchased was charged to our room and then placed in a cute bag. They do have a small snack section and cold beverages, but just for convenience. Kelly is the name of the co-owner and wife of the Mission Inn and Spa. The shop is attached to the timeless and historic property. However, the merchandise is modern and fashionable. I am always pleased to discover a new line that I have never seen before that fits my style. It's a good sign when a boutique carries brands you already enjoy. I am pretty sure Kelly has fine taste! Subtle Luxury and Pool to Party peaked my interest with fun caftans, totes and pool accessories. Resort wear all the way! I also picked out the his and her pillowcases! Oh how intimate!
