We visited the Men's Wearhouse in Redlands, California today to set up a formal tuxedo rental for my son's upcoming black tie wedding in Los Angeles. The sales associate, Courtney helped us with the rental process. She showed us several tuxedo jackets styles, ties, shirts, vests, shoes, and cufflinks-all in various colors. Courtney was professional and streamlined everything for us, making the entire experience effortless. We are happy with our final selections for the weekend events and grateful for Courtney's expert suggestions and assistance. We of course have not received the final product yet, but we are more than happy with the rental process thus far. I would highly recommend the Redlands store location. Make sure to ask for Courtney. Terrible experience. I haven't shopped for a suit in 15 years. I decided to dedicate some time at MW for the famed experience and selection. I was greated by a younger salesman who directed me to the most expensive suits. Without the knowledge of the price. Yes the suit is amazing and the fit is great. I absolutely hated the shirt(MW brand) terrible fit and feel, trash material and insanely over priced, it literally looked like a parachute on me, the excuse was that the shirt needed to be tailored and that MW does not offer fitted shirts, I feel it was a money grab and just a lot of unneeded charges. I ended up going to a different retail store, got the pants jacket a fitted shirt and a tie, for $700 less then the MW blah blah blah sales tactics... and zero people gave a single care about who made the suite what brand, or where I bought the suit from. Using the men's warehouse for family wedding and was impressed with the overall process. We came in a few months ahead and was measured for the tux. A text was sent when the tux was able to get picked which was convenient for the time we needed. We were able to return in the a different city which was great & took less than a couple mins to do. Nice! Some of the other wedding party had difficulty with sizing and pricing for the groom was not correct - reasoning for the 4 stars but overall process was good. Very poor customer service by Stormy. She might be a store manager, it's unclear as she did not identify herself. Husband needed same day alterations on his pants, and the tailor, Mr Aguilar kindly said he was available to do it. During the process, Stormy changed the price of what he was already quoted 3 times. One reason for not being pants from their store. She also charged taxes on the service for pants already established were not from their store. In California, alterations can be non-taxable, but materials are taxable. Despite paying everything she charged, he still thanked her for the same day service and she didn't even acknowledge him. Sadly, that did happen to us at first--but then we were greeted by Clarence, and everything changed. From the moment he came over, he made us feel seen, welcomed, and truly cared for. Clarence went above and beyond helping us pick out a full suit for my husband. He didn't just grab random pieces--he actually listened to my husband's western style, considered his personality, and made sure everything matched perfectly. Coat, vest, pants, shirt--he guided us through it all with so much patience and kindness. What really stood out was how genuine he was. He wasn't just trying to make a sale--he made the experience comfortable and even meaningful for us, especially since this was for our son's upcoming wedding. Went in to get my dad a rental tuxedo for my wedding. Customer service was excellent. Tim helped my dad and was so thorough and kind. It felt like he really cared about us and paid such attention to detail. A few weeks ago, I had went to a different men's Wearhouse to get my tuxedo and the lady wasn't as thorough as Tim was. So, I asked Tim if he could re measure me because he seemed like he really knew what he was doing. He was happy to and didn't think twice about it. When my wife and I walked in the door, we were greeted by none other than my long time friend and menswear extraordinaire Clarence. Clarence has provided me with expert service for 14 years, and never has there been a disappointment. Amazing human. Left with two new suits (complete with shirts and ties), and four additional pair of pants for everyday office wear. I have been here before for wedding and things and had no issues. Today I went there to update my wardrobe. The service was horrendous. The blonde worker there had attitude when I asked for assistance and stated "oh it's gonna be a while". I waited patiently with my wife. After 5-7 minutes I put myself in a location to be seen to make sure they knew I was still there and required assistance. The Asian male worker looked at me and said I would have to sign in through QR code to be put on the wait list. He was rude and not accountable or welcoming. At this point why would I stay at a place where the workers couldn't express some decent customer service when explaining they were busy or that I might be waiting a while. I will gladly drive to a different location than deal with employees who are obviously upset over their current career choices. The store manager Stormi was very rude and impatient when I expressed my concerns during my son's final fitting for his tuxedo rental. The jacket had a grease stain, the button up had two rips on it with red tape over them and the shoes weren't the ones we ordered. The Jacket size was ordered was 2 sizes too big. I told Stormi we needed to size down and she replied "this is just a rental, we don't alter rentals!!" (pretty much you get what you get attitude) when I asked for the manager she replied "I'm the store manager" with her nasty attitude. I asked her what are we supposed to do? She replied with "mmm" I don't know what to tell you, it's a rental! Stormi did not sympathize or seem apologetic For the issues that we encountered she just blamed everything on quality control, I understand some things are out of store level control but her customer service skills are horrendous. I also let her know that the shoes that we received were the wrong ones so she stormed off to the back, visibly annoyed with our interaction at this point. When she brought the correct shoes out I told her thank you and she ignored me and walked away 10 minutes pass and she's nowhere to be found. Luckily we were greeted by Tim who was very helpful and knowledgeable he solved our problem by bringing my son out a slim fit jacket and modified the order for what we needed. An hour ordeal was corrected in less than five minutes with the help of Tim. Stormi's attitude will put this place out of business if there's no corrective action behind the way, she treats customers. She shouldn't make people feel less than because they're only renting and not purchasing. I won't be returning here if I have to deal with a store manager like Stormi. Stormy was unbelievably rude. Went here for my sons prom, first time renting anything, no process was explain she just said pick what you want. Wasn't aware of price differences (not that it matters, but again understanding the process would have been better then blindly walking in and picking something). She laid two coats on the table that my son picked, then when we looked at it she ripped both off the table and basically unaware that we were still looking and pulls both right from us, hitting both of us. Brought my son with the intent of renting a tux - we needed rental for 2 Saturdays - 2 proms to attend. We waited our turn (prepare to be patient). You sign in & wait your turn. But when it is your turn they treat you like you're the only customer in the store. Johnny was wonderful - asking our preferences and showing us our options. We ended up purchasing a suit for half the price we would have paid for 2 tux rentals. Johnny even offered to steam our suit. I came here on short notice to rent some ties for a friend's wedding with a 2 week deadline. It was a slow Monday afternoon with only a few other customers being helped at the time. Note: There is another Men's Warehouse in Citrus Plaza that is a smaller Rental-Focused location. This store is about 4 times larger and has a Retail Floor with a selection of shirts, suits and accessories. I was helped by Andrew who was excited to lend me a hand. We exchanged some wedding and motorcycle stories as I tried to take pictures of the rental samples. Sadly, one of the difficult things of wedding planning is color coordination through pictures. It is nearly impossible to do without a swatch or sample in order to ensure that the colors match as closely as possible. Upon asking, we were told the sale is only online & misleading since it only applies to certain suits & none of those designer brands are carried by the store in Redlands. I have to say that the level of care and customer service is unmatched by any other because of two very special people, Courtney and Josh. Recently I had the privilege to be helped by Courtney, who literally put a smile on my face from the moment she greeted me at the door. She has always remembered me, and when I walk in the store its as if Im being greeted by one of my closest friends. I always feel that she sincerely cared about me being completely satisfied with my shopping experience and at no time have I ever feel forgotten by her or felt that another customer was more important then me; even when she was helping more then one person at a time. I have always needed help either picking out dress shirts that would match my suits or combining the right tie to go along with my outfit. It goes without saying that I TRUST Courtney and Josh to help pick just the right outfit for my occasion, knowing that they both truly care about me feeling confident when I walk out the store. When I shopped at this location for the first time, I never thought two years latter I'd be writing this review. Bought a suit from them awhile back. It's been sitting for awhile so I wanted to get it pressed, since their whole thing is about the lifetime pressing. When I came in everyone walked away from me I had to go up to someone even though no one was helping any customers. I finally get someone to talk to me when they said they have to determine if the suit is cleaned or not. There is not single stain on my suit since it hasn't been worn in about a year or two. They came back and said I would have to take it to the dry cleaners cause it was so dirty. Why does it matter, I spent 500 on my suit why should it matter? If I want it pressed then press it. Never ever going back to a men's warehouse. Definitely don't shop at this one at least. read more

Went to this location after reading online reviews. I usually go to the Riverside location at Tyler but I decided to check this place out today with my wife. Went in just before noon so it wasn't crowded. I was probably the third customer there and there were three workers. The first worker greeted me asking if I needed assistance and they say they would be with me in just a few minutes. About 30 minutes passed and still no one assisted me. The first worker who greeted me told me again that I will be next. The other two workers remained behind their registers at the tux rental and was not helping any customers. I eventually left seeing as my business was not wanted. Do not go to this Men's Wearhouse location, you will just end up disappointed. read more

My husband was in need of a new suit. So we drive down hoping to get one at this Men's Wearhouse. We were not greeted at any time. We made eye contact with several employees who never offered to help us ( and were not helping anyone else at the time). We were also near the Tux register, standing there to be helped and employees just walked right by us. Very disappointing. One of the employees was more concerned about what was being said behind a closed door than helping anybody. We just ended up leaving due to the poor customer service. I doubt we'll be back. I will not take any more business to Men's Wearhouse anywhere in the country because of the disaster the Redland's store caused. When we arrived to pick up my tux in another state, we discovered they had sent the wrong colored items in the wrong sizes and they were unable to make it right. In the end, they caused my family to endure a ton of unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be a special occasion. I would not recommend this establishment to a friend or family member. read more
