One of them, Sarah, was saying that Amanda now works for corporate in Colorado and implying that she was terrible at her job, suggesting that "anyone" can get those positions without talent. Hearing this as a customer left a very poor impression and made me question whether I wanted to continue supporting this establishment. I hope the owner or store manager becomes aware of this and addresses the situation appropriately.

He spoke over her, cut her off, and very rudely announced that they were fully booked, as if we hadn't just been told that already. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional--not just toward us, but toward the receptionist who was doing her job calmly and respectfully. Got it. You're booked. Great! But there's a way to communicate that without being dismissive or rude. Next time, be kind. Not everyone will overlook that kind of behavior, and it certainly won't be me coming back.

Everything about the experience was smooth and relaxing. I needed a basic haircut and normally pay about $20-$25 for basic cut back home tip included. For all the little detail extras provided I had no issue with the $35 price tag and threw in a tip on top. Since it was my first visit, I agreed. I showed her actual photos of myself with the haircut I always get, so there was no confusion about the style I wanted. Unfortunately, the haircut I received looked nothing like the photos. The layers are extremely choppy and uneven, and the face-framing section is much thicker and higher than I requested and does not blend well at all. The haircut is so uneven and choppy, I now have no choice but to wait until it grows out enough to get corrected. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this is the first time I have ever gotten home to realize just how bad the cut is, I gave the benefit of the doubt I just needed to style it myself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking with Ericka. I had high hopes for my first visit but am incredibly disappointed. Reply to Message Received I will be going to another salon, as I no longer feel comfortable returning after this experience. This should never have happened, and I cannot risk any further damage than has already been done. While I understand that your salon does not typically offer refunds, I believe there are circumstances, such as this one, where an exception is warranted. The haircut I received was not what I requested despite providing clear reference photos of my own hair, and the quality of the cut has left me with uneven, choppy layers. A refund would be an appropriate resolution given the circumstances.

She did not know the difference between 1-3/4" and 3/4" and cut it to 3/4" length. In addition, she left it longer behind my ears. It looked absolutly awful, cut so short that it was not stylable. I didn't realize until it was too late how short it was. I will never set foot in that salon again. I have since gone to another salon to try to fix it so it will at least grow out into a nice shape.

My wife needed a shampoo and trim, and she was no longer satisfied with her previous hairdresser…read more She just wanted something quick, but she needed to have her hair shampooed as well. She made a couple calls and decided to try great clips since there was one right next-door to her nail salon. After calling them, she found out that they wanted her to check in online. This is not something that she would typically do so I handled the check in. With a 15 minute wait time we went to the car and drove there. It was only 10 minutes away so we arrived at the perfect time. Her assigned hairdresser came to the counter and greeted her And asked her what she was looking for. My wife told her that she wanted a shampoo and trim, and that she needed to use a special shampoo that was prescribed by your doctor. The hairdresser said that would be no problem as long as she had it with her which she did. So they walked back and got started with the shampoo, which only took about five minutes and they moved to another chair to do the cut. Within about 15 minutes, my wife was done and it looked great. She was quite satisfied, and the price was much less than she had previously been paying to her other hairdresser. All in all it was a good experience and we would recommend this location. A quick shout out to Joanne, my wife's new hairdresser at great clips.
