I was disappointed to see this fine business with such a low rating on Yelp. Not sure what to think. I enjoy shopping here as it's easy to find parking, the store always has excellent clothing items deeply discounted or on clearance, and I'm talking about quality clothing. Most clearance items are marked down up to 80%. Excellent deal! I bought a great name-brand blazer for $225.00 that is priced at other stores for around $400.00. You just have to drop on about once a month to find terrific bargains. It's my understanding that their parent company closed about 100 stores across the country, victims of the pandemic and the trend towards a remote work place minimizing the need for business apparel. I'm hoping they recover from their Chapter 11 bankruptcy as I'd hate to see this business disappear. read more

Very consistent, in how rude the staff is. They charged me $40 to create a "group" so that my groomsmen can get fitted, turns out it was free online. Their selection is very limited and no one will help you pick anything out. There's tons of styles that the company offers, but the employees there will just point to a few mannequins and not lift a finger to help you. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. This place is horrible! My wedding is literally 17 days away and I've called the store multiple times to try to resolve an issue because THEY FORGOT TO ADD SHOES TO 3 GROOMSMEN! I spent 25 minutes trying to explain my concern to a manger that refused to give her name. I explained to her I would need to call corporate if she could not resolve the issue which she had no problem with me doing that because I didn't have her name. She literally laughed and said she would need to hang up now because she felt I was being hostile. SMH..... I have NEVER felt so upset with a company in my life! She would not even let me explain myself before interrupting me. I was able to get her name from another store that I called . Please, if you choose to rent from Men's Wearhouse DO NOT come to this store and most importantly don't address your concerns with Casey Lee! She is by far the worst manager to deal with! read more

This review is for the Winrock location which, for some reason, does not have a Yelp presence. For the first time (and I've lived in multiple states and visited multiple Men's Warehouse locations), my boyfriend and I were not greeted when we walked in the store. No big deal, they were busy. But we waited...and waited...and waited... There were about 3 people in the store at this time. We were finally greeted by a gentleman who was helping another customer. Yet still we waited until another girl arrived and began to help us. She checked us in, took measurements, and allowed us to pick out the lining of the suit jacket. We made our decision pretty quickly. Then we waited...and waited...and waited while she and the other gentleman helped other customers. We even had another customer come up to us asking about tux rentals because WE HAD BEEN STANDING AT THIS TABLE FOR SO LONG, they thought we worked here! We were literally here for TWO hours, 1.5 of which was spent waiting for someone to assist us. What kind of customer service is that for a place that wants you to spend that kind of money? $500+ for a suit and we can't even be taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I will say that both of the reps were very kind and helpful, while completely overwhelmed and inundated, even after calling in reinforcements (calling scheduled employees to come in early to help with the rush, as there were now about 7 people in the store). Management at this location seriously needs to get their crap together because this sort of understaffing, poor professionalism, and lack of customer service is appalling for a high end retailer. I wish there was another location that wasn't across town because I would 100% not return if I had a choice. read more

I must say I really miss Chuck at this location. Wish they didn't move him to another store. Chuck really knew us and he has a great vision on style. What looks good and is honest about what doesn't. Karina is extremely nice and I'm sure she will do as good of a job as Chuck. Love when they have sales and love to shop here at Christmas time. They have a tailor on premises which makes it very accommodating and they have always been able to get us what we need on time. You will find a great selection of fine clothing. read more

Amazing customer service! We were able to find exactly what we're looking for in under an hour. The time frame includes fittings, marking the pants for alterations, trying on shoes, different coats and finding the right shirt. The team who was working tonight really was amazing! Very disappointed. Spent $600 on a suit and when I try to return it less than 60 days later they won't accept it because of a body odor smell. Told me I can't dry clean the jacket to get the smell out. Shopping here is a good way to overpay for a suit. read more

This place is incredible, I came at the last minute for an engagement across the country and I have a larger build. Within 30 min Jacob was able to find a great blazer in my size, give great recommendations for shirts to wear, and was professional & knowledgeable. One of the best places that I've found that gives knowledgeable, white glove tier expertise and friendly service. Will be coming back here for all my suits as long as I'm in ABQ. read more

I will start by saying I am currently at the Winrock store and not the Coors store. The service here is non-existent!!!!!! At first I thought we were invisible as nobody acknowledged our arrival into the store. Then finally a Very Rude and grumpy female named Cacu mumbled something at us. I believe that she must get fined for smiling or being nice because she was so unfriendly and rude. As a business owner I would die if one of my employees behaved this way. If this wasn't the only place I could rent a tux for my sons wedding I would have walked out. Maybe that is why they think they can be rude because where else would we go. So unacceptable!!! So I went here to set up rental suits for my groomsman as well as one for myself. Definitely happy with the what I got for the money. So my party has 7 people in it. With 6 or more rentals, the groom either gets a free rental, a free suit to keep, or a $300 shopping spree at men's Wearhouse. AWESOME! Such a good deal imo. I picked an awesome suit setup for my wedding and got my groomsman looking great as well. Since the groomsman are all over the country, they can go to their local men's Wearhouse and get fitted and good to go local to them. Huge plus. I was helped and fitted the entire time by Dominic. He was very helpful, very professional and knew the answer to every question I had (there were a lot of them). He also got me a great deal and made sure we all are going to look sharp. I'm ever thankful he was there to help and I'll be sure to recommend him as my "suit guy" when anyone of my friends needs one. Rented a Calvin Klein vest, pants, and a tie to go with it. ($110) This was for my wedding, I picked it up, as I'm getting dressed for my ceremony I find out they never rang me up for my tie so it wasnt provided. No tie for my wedding. When my best man asked them about it, they played dumb and just said, "well you didn't pay for the tie." Real nice. Fast forward to today. I'm a groomsmen in my friends wedding. $240 for a suit rental. I go to get dressed, and the dress shirt is a wrinkled mess. Like it had been balled up, and then hung up on the hanger. She did all the work and found my son something that fit nicely (no tailoring needed) very efficiently." My dad is visiting NM from GA and came to purchase a suit from this store. He was treated very disrespectful and discriminated against. He has been a customer of Menswearhouse for over 20 years. And the service that he received was the worst service ever. All your employees need to attend customer service training and learn how to treat customers no matter what your race is. Quote from your employee..."You need to go outside and use your phone to order a suit". What the hell kind of service is that. I try and not let things get to me but things like this is one thing that I will elevate to corporate level. Don't spend your money at this store with these disrespectful, untrained employees. I have been to a countless number of places to get suits, none of which come close to as bad as this place was for me. First I got fitted for a suit and waited two weeks for it. I tried it on and it was huge on me!! Then get it fitted again to get tailored... which was obviously was a scam! Who gets fitted and gets a suit that is two sizes too big?? And then gets charged $150 on top for it?? Well after all of this I come in when they said it would be done not once but twice after coming from the other side of town to find out it's not done. This place is run by idiots and I highly recommend you avoid getting your business/ wedding/ professional attire done anywhere else in the city. I had a horrible experience here today. I had to take my 4 year old son in to be fitted for a tux, and I wish a hadn't. The sales consultant made our experience a terrible one. First of all, her customer service skills were awful. She didn't even greet us upon arrival, she barely interacted with my son and I, she was not focused, and failed to find my sons name with the wedding group. She failed to offer any solutions. She simply said I would have to come back in later. I told her I lived out of town and suggested that she keep his measurements on file. She said she would lose the paperwork if I left it. Okay.... I asked if she could communicate with the groom for further instruction, she said "no, we are busy today." Wow, this woman did not want to be working on a Saturday. She was terribly rude, unmotivated, and unprofessional. I will never give Men's warehouse business again. I don't even want to return to pick up my son's tux. read more

I am leaving for NYC tomorrow. I purchased 2 pairs of dress slacks for $150 from this store and left them there for alterations. I just took them out of the plastic bag tonight. They have cuffs. They were NOT supposed to have cuffs. They are WAY too long. (If my inseam was 2" longer they MIGHT fit.) Sal was my tailor there. I'll find something to pack for my NYC trip tomorrow. Walked in today with my fiance hoping to explore options for menswear for our wedding. Even though we were unable to make an appointment because they were booked, we were encouraged to walk in and told someone could definitely see us, we just may have to wait a bit. I should add that we do not live locally, so we were really hoping to be fit in if at all possible. We did not have to wait at all and were promptly paired up with Marcus as our consultant. This was truly an unfortunate experience. My husband and I accompanied my sister and her fiancé to this establishment to be fitted for a wedding suit. Her fiancé is military and is wearing his dress blues, so we were looking for something to match both his dress blues and my Matron of Honor dress. We went in with conceptual ideas and were hoping to be able to see each look in person--not an unusual request for a suit shop. We scheduled our appointment, showed up on time, and were treated terribly. As other reviews stated, this does seem like a place keen on hiring high school boys wanting to play dress up. We disclosed our ideas--trying a black suit, navy suit, grey suit, and burgundy suit jacket. The young associate was obviously annoyed that he would have to do so much work...he told us, "you guys are all over the place", as he angrily placed a stack of dirty color swatches on the table. Throughout our 1.5 hour appointment, the employees stuck together, laughing and gossiping back and forth, making rude comments to each other. Even the manager acted unprofessionally, as she would approach one of the young boys helping us, whisper something, and they would both giggle. Whether or not they were speaking about us or gossiping about us is, honestly, irrelevant. This is an unprofessional way to conduct oneself in a customer service job. I advise anyone else looking for a suit to try Mr. Tux. Extremely professional, respectful with a great selection of colors and styles. read more

We just rented a tux for our son. We went to Men's Warehouse, hearing about their prom special. It was $199, which seems really high to rent for one night, plus we added shoes, and a pocket square. Now, because we were not over a week out to reserve it, we were charged a $20 rush fee. With tax, total was $280. Last night, as he got ready, he noticed there was no pocket square in the sealed bag, with the cufflinks, suspenders, and tie. It would have added that pop of color we wanted for photos, but these things happen, so we made a note if it. Upon returning it today, we were told that we would not be charged for it, since it was not in the bag, but we were still charged $11 for renting it. We were told they would not refund the rental fee for that item, that we should have checked the sealed bag before leaving the store. I think it's poor customer service, to get charged for something we never received. Lesson learned, but we won't be using Men's Warehouse for future rentals, and be sure you check those sealed bags before leaving the store. read more
