My friend and I were not even through the doors when an employee came charging at me angrily yelling "you cannot come in without a mask!!" My friend and I were standing in the doorway and he was already pulling out masks. After the outrageous yelling from the employee I turn to my friend to tell him never mind I no longer want to go in. To which the employee continues to yell "it's clearly posted FOUR times at the door you cannot come in without a mask do NOT get an attitude with me". We leave and he continues to yell out the doors and the only words spoken directly to him were "I was speaking to my friend, not you". My friend was so mad about the debacle called to speak to the Manager and apparently this awful employee is the manager, and his name is Austin. We requested to speak with the person above him and he gave a wrong number. He also said my friend could come back to talk to him in person and that he refused to talk over the phone. In the end we called corporate. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in there before and the employees have been great, which leads me to believe this manager is a bad egg. Nonetheless, he alone will prevent us from shopping there in the future. And i feel it is worth mentioning that he did not treat my male Caucasian friend in the same manner in which he treated me.

We used to go there all the time! Always had great service and no problems. however, they either…read moregot a new manager or new employees because the last experience was terrible. The "manager" was outside smoking when we got there. Keep in mind she was the ONLY employee at the store. When she finally came inside, we told her what we were looking for. Instead of helping, she got on the phone about something completely different. When she got off, she then said she wasn't sure what type of pants we were looking for and stopped helping. When another employee arrived, she took a smoke break THEN decided to see if we needed help. She then suggested to the "manager" that they could order what we needed online and have it shipped. After maybe 3 minutes of being online, she said she couldn't find it and we could come back another day and that she would call us when they found it. Two weeks later, no call It is the worst service we have ever had there, much less a clothing store. Please REHIRE the old people or at least someone with knowledge of the brand. Sadly, we will still need to go back, but will probably try the other location hoping for better service....

They said my 30in inseam and 32 in waist did not makes sense. They actually told me that a 30in inseam should have a 40 in waist. OK. So you know me better than I know myself! All short guys MUST be fat. The rude arrogance of this shop is stunning. If how you look at your event matters, do not go here for formal wear. You will thank me.
