Our suits arrived the day before the wedding with many adjustments needed. They were 'promised' by Wednesday and got there on Friday. I was the Grooms father and wore mismatched pants after three round trip visits of 70 miles each. One employee 'Meron' cared and apologized over and over again. She worked very hard to correct the mistakes, the other employees were useless. I returned the suit the Sunday morning following the wedding to a group of employees that ignored me and had me hang the 'mystery' garment bag on an overfilled rack of others. While there was no inventory or check in, I still got an auto message with a 20 dollar per day warning. This is a terrible company. read more

My wedding was yesterday. 6/9 guys had issues with their rented tuxes from multiple locations. Several shirts that were way too large, one that was skin tight, and 2 pairs of Pants that were way too short. The shirts we're not ready until 10:30 on wedding day causing 2 guys to be late for wedding. I inquired about waving the late fee bc of all these issues, and they told me my guys should have bought instead of rented. They refused to waive the late fee. Andy and Jim from this store were completely useless in getting this situation solved. What's the point of getting "professionally measured" if nothing is going to fit?????? read more

I chose Men's Wearhouse for myself and groomsmen for my wedding attire! I worked directly with Austin Ashby the whole time. Austin was a true professional from start to finish. He facilitated all of my needs and my 8 groomsmen. He was able to juggle between suit rentals, suit purchases, tailoring, and multiple fittings. We ran into no issues. He was social, patient, and thorough for my special day. He went above and beyond to make my wedding day attired a success! Overall, a great experience! I would recommend working with Austin! Stopped in looking for particular accessories for homecoming for my son. The associates were really rude and brushed us off and didn't want to help find what we were looking for. I understand things were busy but a little curtesy would have gone a long way. Had they taken the time with us I'd have bought a whole suit for him there but alas we went to JC Penny instead. read more

When I arrived at the store, I asked the first sales clerk that I saw for help and he acted put out that I was asking for help. Then the sales guy acted really smug when I told him that I was looking for a size 3x or 4x shirt and he informed me that there was nothing in that size there then all but told me off to get me out of the store. The sales guy did not even apologize at all for not having anything bigger to show me past a 2x in shirts. I wasn't even buying anything for myself, (not that I'd buy anything for myself there), but for my husband, who was at home and recovering from major surgery. At this point, I will never set foot in a Men's Warehouse again, if that sales guy is a representation of their employees. read more

Service has gone down hill. I loved this store and it was my go to place to shop. Jeremy is the only manger that has any sense of customer service. The other manager is not worth dealing with. Shout out to Matthew and Cathy ( Yue Mei) at the Eastgate location! I took my son to get fitted for a tux for prom! Matthew was beyond helpful, polite and made the extra effort to be sure the fit was exactly what we wanted! Great manager! Cathy hemmed my sons pants while we waited. She was extremely quick and obviously a very good seamstress! I recognized Cathy from a few years ago when she tailored my oldest sons tux! She deserves a big shout out! She does great work! This is an extremely busy time for them yet both of them were beyond calm and helpful along with the rest of the staff! read more

My fiancé took our groomsmen to get fitted for our wedding in November . We called and spoke to someone who told us to come in as soon as possible it to get their measurements . Once they arrived they walked in , they told the person up front the reason for their visit in which they walked away and the store manager Jim Couch came out . He told them it was too early to get fitted even though we were told over the phone to come in . Since they were already there , they looked at the suits they had in the store . My fiancé showed him the suit and tie from their website that best matched my bridesmaids . He proceeded to say it " Looked like a bruise" and wanted to see what else we were interested in . THOSE ARE OUR WEDDING COLORS . I'm not changing them because someone who won't be attending doesn't like it . He had no problem showing him the higher end suits that we didn't ask for . Service has gotten better since my last post. I had to take my suit in to get the pants tailored again. They are still not how I want them. Stay away.... Very rude staff. Went there to get a shirt and tie for my wedding. The customer service rep was extremely cocky and rude. He consistently acted as if he were irritated that we were there. He actually rolled is eyes and put his face in his hands when my fiance asked if I could try a shirt on. I had only tried 1 on prior to this. She asked him if we were bothering him, and his response was "No, this is my job". We left the store immediately after. I will not be going back to this location, and I suggest you don't either if you want to be treated with respect. read more

We had our tux's come from here for a our wedding. Every other groomsmen wore a different color tie and they messed up the colors and we had to make a last minute sprint to get the correct color for one of the groomsmen. One of the jackets had two buttons fall off before the wedding and one of the pants for another groomsmen had no button at all. I'll never go back. read more

Terrible experience here. Went in to pick up my tux rental and everything was too big by A LOT. Pants were extremely short. And shirt fit so weird. Nobody at the store could figure out how to get my vest to fit, and they were rushing me out of the store. I paid $120 to rent a jacket and a tie, I had to go out and buy my own pants and shirt that actually fit. On site I was passed around to 3 or 4 different sales associates and none of them were able to help me. I'm extremely upset with the service I received. read more

Incredible service. The store manager, Bob, was amazing to work with. He helped me figure out how to save hundreds of dollars and was a great host helping me shop in the store. Their tailoring services are also great and have a much faster turnaround than other stores. This store is not even the closest one to me but I will gladly shop here again. read more

I've had to use this place for several weddings. No one knows what's going on any time I walk in. It's an absolute cluster f***. They order complete wrong sizes and lose everything. I just went to pick up my shirt for the wedding I'm in next week and they lost it wtf is this. Furthermore they are all commision so they treat you like absolute s*** if you arent buying anything. Not at all recommended. From the minute you walk in, they are trying to get you to spend as much money as possible, not at all listening to what you're looking for. We went there to rent a tux. We told them we just needed a simple tux. They spent more time trying to upsell us than trying to help us. We literally walked out because they were trying to get us to sign a rental agreement without disclosing the price (even though we kept asking) and they would absolutely not honor the $40 off tux rental on the website. Even after I showed them the coupon on my phone, they said, "no, that can't be right, we can't accept that, but if you get on our mailing list, I'll take $30 off, what's your email address." We walked out at that point. And guess what else? They called and left a message today saying that we "forgot" to pay our deposit, and if we don't call in with our credit card info, they'll cancel our order. UMMM...We NEVER put in an order and we NEVER signed anything. Oh, and they got our phone number because if you want to be helped, you have to give your name and contact info. Well, they would of helped us, but they were so annoyingly persistent. read more

Since I am a very large guy, I suggested my son shop at a national chain for his wedding tux. I was concerned about smaller shops having access to my size. They rented 11 tuxs and all were perfect except mine. From the time of measuring (over 6 weeks ago), I was told they did not have size 11 4W shoes. Their answer was to order a size 15 W - I could not get them on my feet. The shirt was very tight in the stomach and way too big at the collar. In fairness, I did not try it on in the store and perhaps they could have made adjustments but seeing it took 45 minutes to measure me, I think if they had the sizes they would have supplied them. When my son picked out the tux, at another store, he told them my approximate size and was assured that they could fit me. Promise them anything and deliver if you can may be their motto. read more

Horrible, horrible,horrible customer service . My 5 year old son and walked in the store today because we had to get fitted for a tux for my brothers wedding. When we arrived we only stood at the checkout counter for 15 minutes just to be asked may I help you. Told the gentlemen why we was there and he brought us to the wedding department I guess. After standing there for another 35 minutes watching many workers with measuring tape around their necks not doing anything we got measured by a guy that says he really don't know how to measure for tuxes. Well papers in hand ready to pay standing right in front of the lady at counter they decide to let 9 people go in front of me and my son I say something that we was here an hour before them my son is 5 getting restless they don't care they proceed to let 3 others go in front now I'm pissed I wish I could give these people zero stars horrible time never again will I ever go there. I don't do Yelp but this place has me so fired up today I downloaded app and did review because of this terrible staff and try to save others from wasting their time read more
