walked in was greeted was helped, had difficulty finding correct sizes lack of stock. waited for extended periods of time for the sales associate to come back to check on me. everyone in the Store had entered long after I had. Walked out. had to call the store to talk to the manager to ask why nobody would come back and wait on me. Could not get an answer. he did say he could make it right, but how can you make it right when you can't get later on? I explained to him what fitting room he can go to and find all of their clothes re-folded and hanging. Also asked also why the shelves were in such disarray that a customer had to straighten them so that I could find a size I was looking for. again, no answer. Left behind two outfits and a suit. I need to leave this review for your two outstanding employees who helped me before my St Patrick's Day wedding!! My two groomsmen and myself bought our outfits from three different stores in the Chicagoland area, and I was told we could bring them by a location closer to the wedding site for a pressing. Everyone didn't get into town until morning the day before my evening wedding. I think we kind of caught them off guard but Mr. Wright and Marianna (I didn't catch the spelling of her name - I hope I got it right!) gave the best customer service EVER! They were able to take our shirts & pants and ensured the job would get done ASAP to give us enough time to pick them up and get ready the next day without having to rush. Even engaged in some banter while the tickets were being written up. These two employees gave me the LEAST stressful experience of my wedding week! So many places lack superb, friendly and speedy service but your employees were THE textbook definition of that! We will most definitely return to Destin, and if I need something nice to pick up for a date night, I will absolutely get it from this store! Thank you so much! read more

This is strictly for the Destin, FL location! I've never had such a great experience as I did here! Had my brother's wedding overseas in Europe. My 12 year old son and I needed to be fitted for two tuxes before we left. I always hate these places but it's a necessity and my wife said I had to go! The first trip for the measuring was a bit cumbersome because it was high school prom season and the place was packed. We got a very green, new associate that basically had to ask his supervisor every single question we were asking him. It took forever but we got it done. Second trip was the pick-up two days before our flight and check the fits. Me being a larger guy, everything seemed off. My son being a tiny guy, everything seemed off. This is where they shined, we were assigned a new, seasoned sales rep, Shannon, this guy didn't mess around! Along with his manager Mr. Roland they were able to re-measure us and with the best seamstress in Destin, Mrs. T, alter everything perfectly that evening. My husband purchased a belt from the Destin location in early December, only to have it break in mid January. I tried to take it back to the store for a replacement/refund and was basically told because it was worn there was nothing the manager could do. I find this unacceptable. Not to offer and exact exchange or refund on a product that lasted only 5 weeks is ridiculous. The manager was absolutely no help. I had to contact customer service at the corporate level to get this issue resolved. I will never buy anything from that store. Too many other options that have a reasonable return policy. read more

My first visit was smooth, or so I thought. When I picked up my suit it was WAY tight in the belly and the poor associate was unable to "make it right". I called the next day and the manager Consuela Coleman took care of everything without question! She was a joy to work with! Heath was the best salesman I could ask for, he helped me get a refund and still somehow convinced me to buy a more expensive suit. I'm glad that a MW finally opened in the area! I am using them for my wedding and it makes it much easier to go there than to go all the way to Pensacola. I was a little disappointed to see that they have just 1 or 2 people working the wedding reservations. I had to make 4 different trips before I could get someone to help make a reservation for me. I almost gave up on them but they are lucky I am a patient person. Also, if you are thinking about using them for your wedding or other event, they don't have many shirt colors to choose from. Most people will go with a white dress shirt, but the other choices are only black and champagne color. Finally, if your bride gets her dress at David's Bridal, they will color match with them at MW. This makes finding the right color to match much easier. I think they could do a better job overall, but in this area they will have to do for now. read more

We were shopping for my 15 year old son's first suit and the young men at this location were VERY helpful. They quickly helped us find the perfect fit (my son is tall and thin) for an affordable price. They were very patient with our many questions and indecision and offered guidance and tips for style and fashion without being pushy or condescending. Horrible customer service!!! I had called Men's Wearhouse corporate office and set up an appointment for me and my best man for my upcoming wedding for us to go pick out tuxedos, get measured and to choose a location (I am stationed at Fort Rucker, AL / 2 hrs away). Once we made it to the store, there were only 2 of the 5 staff personal we immediately witness helping customers while the others just stood around. 5 minutes later (literally) of standing around one of them came up to us and ask if we needed help and when I informed him of our appointment we just told me someone will be with me and he walked away. Then a female (Michelle, I believe that was her name) came over and put a catalog in front of us and said this is what we can order. While trying to get some advice of a design, color, and style her (what we found out later) boyfriend walked in and I could tell she was more concerned in trying to finish up with us so she could meet with him. She then turned us over to another employee (who we found out later was a new employee in training) who was suppose to just enter our information into the computer and she would return. The young man was having difficult doing so and had to leave us to get some help. He returned with another member of their staff who briefly assisted him. Then it came time for measurement and another older gentlemen came over to do so. He did them quickly, throw a jacket on my best man, spat out some numbers to another associate who wrote the measurements down then passed them off and left. The young man was still having issues and when he informed he needed to go get help again, I told him either he return with a manager or we would be leaving. The assistant manager Matt came over with the young man, could tell we were frustrated and annoyed and finished our business there. Before leaving we decided to use the rest room before getting started on our two hour drive back to Fort Rucker. I walked through their dressing room area down a small hallway and across from the men's bathroom door was an employee area that when I saw the door swing open, the young lady that was helping us earlier earlier was in the employee room just carrying on a conversation and laughing with another member of their staff. After having told this to my fiancee and future mother in law we decided not to go through men's wearhouse. The next day I called back up to their corporate customer service to get a refund of my deposit and to close my account and at least the gentlemen I spoke with was polite and fulfilled my desires. read more

I've been to no less than 10 Men's Wearhouses from Chicago to Miami to NY. DO NOT SHOP HERE! It doesn't resemble ANY of the brand you might expect. Promises, missed 'em all. Told me 15 minutes to correct. I'm still standing here an hour later. The entire staff is apathetic millennials hanging out in a dirty store, ignoring customers. No amount of experience, customer service, or professionalism among them. It's like a really bad fraternity house that gets EVERYTHING wrong. Stay away. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I certainly would. Showed up here to either buy a suit or rent a tux for my fiancé for our wedding. Took at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff hanging out at the counter. Then when we explained what we needed we were quickly handed off to a very unfriendly girl texting on her phone at the tux counter. She avoided any eye contact and after a few minutes of us sitting there she decided to ask what we want while handing me a book outlining there 4 options available. I explained what I wanted and she just sat there on her phone. I explained that my fiancé needs measuring and to try something on and she walked off. We wandered back to the other side of the store and were met finally by an associate, he helped us a solid 2 minutes, then walked off and left us. We decided to walk out of the store and go to Jos. A Bank across the street because clearly they do not want our business. When we went to JAB we were told our experience was unfortunate considering that Men's Wearhouse is their sister company. No wonder Men's Wearhouse declares bankruptcy! I will never set foot in this store again. read more
