Went to Grand boulevard after not being helped for over 20 minutes. We were never greeted and stood at the shoe display waiting to try on shoes while we watch employees behind the counter just talking to each other and another group at the fitting room laughing and never offered to help they made eye contact and went on back to talking. Not sure where the manager was but this is not good for business. We ended up at sun set shoes bout 4 pairs of shoes and socks.

The security guard followed my kids around the outlets until I got there and told me Mountain High Outfitters had them on video stealing something and they were going to prosecute. I allowed the security guard to check all receipts and look through all bags. He found no evidence of theft. The security guard escorted me and the kids back to the store at which time I looked at the security footage. My son (mixed race) entered the building and she showed me him exiting the building and looked back at my other son and left. That was what she based her assumption that he had stolen something on. I told her it was because he was black that she was accusatory. She replied, "I knew you would say that". He did not steal from this store and the footage shows that as well as the security guard going through all of our bags. Racist.

My family was on vacation and spent the afternoon shopping, I stopped in to buy a new pair of sandals for a girls trip to Hawaii. There were 4 associates working and 3 customers in the store when I walked in. I was not greeted or welcomed. I was not told about and sales or any sizes that might not be in stock. However I heard two associates telling two other women this. As I browsed, I noticed quickly that other women came in after me and were greeted and helped. They talked about their other pieces etc. Apparently in order to be helped on this store you have to appear that you are dripping in money. I guess my money doesn't spend like the other women in the store. Just because I don't flaunt it or ooze wealth and privilege doesn't mean I deserve to be ignored either by 4 unwilling people. I tried to get one person to help me and she flat walked away from me. It's rare for me to get upset but I was humiliated by elitist and uppity sales associates from Tory Burch. As I walked, the only male working asked if I found everything I was looking for. "Yup I did but no one would help me." And I walked out as freely spent my money elsewhere. I told this story to another retailer who so kind a few stores down and she had been working there for TWO MONTHS. She said she has heard this so many times she can't count them. That is outrageous and disgusting. Be better. Having money or name brand things doesn't make you better, kind, or classy.

Well back October 14 I ordered the rockaway shoes from the Destin Store with…read moretheir store manager Kaye, I told her I needed them fast because I was going on a trip, I paid for 2 day shipping but my shoes didn't arrive, so a week and half went by and kept waiting for my shoes, nothing happened so I called customer service, the woman on the phone was NO HELP AT ALL, she told me there was nothing she could do and I had to call the store, so I did, I called and to my luck Kaye was the one on the phone, I told her the story, she was super nice and apologetic about it, she asked for 30 minutes for her to make some phone calls and look around other stores to see what was going on with my shoes, 30 went by and she was calling me back with the greatest news, my shoes were on hold because a mistake from the shipping company and sadly they were unavailable BUT awesome Kaye came to my rescue and she found them in a store in Texas and they were coming my way, that was Wednesday October 26 at noon, same Wednesday at 2:00 pm I got a call from the manager at the store in Texas, I think it was in Houston im not sure, wish I could remember her name to give her credit too, she was awesome and she was calling me to confirm that my shoes were on their way to me and right now is Friday October 28th, my shoes arrived 30 minutes ago, they are perfect, exactly what I wanted and I beyond happy and Grateful to Kaye and the other sister manager from Texas, every store in this country should have managers that care and go above and beyond for their customers and that are also super nice and kind. The worst experience ever. Poor customer service. I was…read morevisiting the store on December 9th around 5pm. The store was pretty empty. I selected 2 pairs of shoes for my son and was ready to check out when I noticed white wedges. I tried one shoe and asked associate to them me the other shoe; she got the shoe I was trying on and went to storage room to get the other shoe. When she came back she informed me that those shoes are no longer available and other associate is saving it for her friend... I am a customer here now and willing to buy it now, since I've been trying them on... she started arguing with me. When I said that it's unprofessional and I will complain she said she doesn't care and good luck with that. They all were laughing making me uncomfortable and humiliated! I was willing to spend over $200 and left without spending a dimes solely for mistreatment of customers at this store. Highly suggest Management to look into this matter.
